I have 2 gold fish's and one of them.. had a tick/lice stuck to its gills.. we didn't know how to remove it so we left it a couple of days and realized the lice.. had moved onto the other fish but on the top of the fish's fin.. and we put the fish into a small bowl and removed it with tweezers, it took like 5 minutes just make sure you clean the tank after as they could lay eggs..

there is 2 ways :
1)if u get like 2-4 of them just clip the black side of it (poped up side)
2)buy medicine and put 2 drops in pound every day
