yo ur hitting the cymbals wrong u r supposed to hit it at a 90 degree angle sort of thing. like a swipe kind of thing b/c if u hit it straight the waves from the cymbal bounce off of each other and that causes the cymbal 2 break. i know i did when i was a beginner. and if u hit it at a 90 degree angle kind of, it makes ur cymbals last longer and also sound better.
