"We will deliver what you want." Opodo didn't deliver what I wanted. Recently, I had to travel from Thailand to the UK to visit my terminally ill mum. I'd been informed that she had hours or days left to live. I booked with Opodo, who accepted my payment and issued an e-ticket. However, when I got to the airport I was informed that Opodo hadn't paid the airline. "What you want when you want it." Rubbish. Absolute rubbish. Avoid this company like the plague.... they're completely unreliable.
Can Opodo explain why to Johannesburg they charge as little as 425 for some flights of 11 hours but 300 extra to port elizabeth,1hr 40 min,or Cape Town an extra 200 for 1hr10 min flight.Stop ripping us off.
