  • From the skid marks it looks like the came from the opposite side of the road. Probably went off the side and then overcorrected. Glad everyone's okay, but you gotta slow down!

  • Give the guy props for saying "You cannot miss a big red fire truck sitting off on the side of the road".

  • @derifield113 Yeah at that point you can't possibly get in any more trouble, LOL. Not to mention you'd think it'd be obvious but.. You know..

  • @Bandsmurf You have any photos of the truck before it rolled?

  • "you can not miss the big red fire truck seating off the side of the road" Had us cracking up at the station haha.

    Stay safe

  • Geez sorry to see the truck destroyed.Hope all fire fighters are ok.

  • @wannabenj Yep, they are all OK :D Despite being churned like butter :D

  • Hydrant maintenance my ass. Y'all were going to get a video game.

  • Yeah thats a total loos of a rig, how did the crew turn out?

  • @68Engine68 They were all OK, just got checked out by EMS and released.

  • what do the response codes mean? ie code 1 response, code 2 etc??? anyone??

  • Code 1 is Non-Emergency or no lights or sirens, and under the new Georgia Law is it illegal for EMS to respond with lights but no sirens which makes Code 2 emergency or full lights and sirens. Also many Depts have made it against policy to respond with lights only because of the accident hazard which would also make Code 2 the same for them. But Carroll County Dispatch codes only have 1 & 2 Some states will use Code 1 for Non-Emergent Code 2 for lights but no sirens and Code 3 for full emergency

  • thanks mate ;-)

  • No problem!

  • I remember the day this happened. My father works for Carroll County Fire Department...

  • Which truck?

  • the only readon y this shit happends is because the driver feels rushed. it happends at everyfirecall...it wasnt completely his fault

  • They werent on a Fire Call, they were conducting routine hydrant maintenance, they simple went off the road.

  • I was the driver and we did not roll we went on our side the rear bumper caught the ditch and pulled us upright.

  • Oh, my apologies I will correct that, I hope that you were not injured very bad, stay safe and thanks for serving Carroll County.

  • The truck was totaled I'm assuming?

  • yes

  • The truck did not roll over it went on its side the upright
