@Heartsx4ever I have the 9780, 9780 is just faster with 512 MB Ram but 5700 has only 256 MB!!! On the other hand its also got a 5 MP camera.

But mainly the 9780 vs 9700 is about speed and camera nothing else, if there aint a lot of differences between the price go for 9780 however if 9700 is much cheaper go for that.

@SvabaGeneral Click the blackberry icon (the icon left of the trackpad) and then it will bring you too your blackberry menu where you should see all of your icons. The icon for the web browser is already installed and it will appear as a gray globe with a orange arrow going around it.

@deelouise88 Well I mean this phone ships with OS5, depending on your carrier (I have ATT). Then,You just plug it into desktop manager, click update, and then click view older versions. This will then show all the versions of the OS, 6, or 5 that are officially available for download.Look for the OS 5 build that you like best(id advise the most recent), then just click it choose to downgrade to it (if ur on OS 6).

iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4's have many problems, and become unresponsive and or shut things down more than any other phone. I know this because I have had both of them. And I absolutely hate them. You get sick of all touchscreen after awhile, and will want to type faster. Blackberrys will always be better :)

I have one. I bought it unlocked and use a company called simple mobile. Unlimited talk n text for $40, cheapest here in LA, but has good service. The 9700 is a little outdated yes, but this phone performs and is very good looking. I love having a little keyboard.
