AC130 is better becuase it cant be shot down in one shot and you dnt need good aim. After you fire the cannon you can use the second weapon, when that reloads switch back to the cannon, the third gun {the avenger cannon vulcans} arent nesecary. Just switch between the firast and second and spawn kill. dnt worry about dudes in doors. You kill everyon outside and they spawn outside, your team will kill everyone inside and they will spawn out side. AC130=win

I have 1000 kills with both AC130 and Chopper gunner , i got most of them legit , but i do boost , with you ac130 Use the big Gun to litterly wipe all the enimy team out , 2 gun - use to get double kills 3rd i gun i wouldnt reccomned to use but if you see campers use that , but defently own with the first gun and 2nd , chopper gunners are more for aiming for nukes , but they are getting shot down by the stringer alot more.

almost the same thing happened to be 2 days ago..

it happened on Terminal, Demolition. i saw this enemy airdrop falling down. instead of rushing it, i stayed behind a bit and killed the dude before he could capture his own drop. but i still waited, he came again, and i killed him again. so i went close to it to capture it, and it was an AC130! after i stood up after capturing it, two people came rushing to get it before i could, killed them and got my own chopper gunner :p! died on 24 :(.

the problem with the spooky is that it looks like they had to patch it a little. if the vulcan gattling guns and the bofor cannons could shoot without having to reload then the ship would be WAY WAY WAY better. like how is a gattling gun gonna shoot a small burst then have to stop. they fucked up the ac 130 in this game.

i like ac130 if im playing with people with rockets. if not, the obvious choice is chopper gunner. it also depends on the map. crowded buildings=ac130. wide open maps=chopper gunner. i always change just in case i have a good game.

chopper gunners are better y.. they last longer and they get u so much more kills.. ac130s do give you more options and they are harder to shoot down but if want to get nukes then chopper gunners are your best bet if no1 shoots down ur chopper gunner than you will probaly get aa nuke.. but you do also have to take the map into condideration... if its smaller and has lots of buildings hen ac130s are your best bet(skidrow) but if its wide openmap (afghan/ wasteland then choper gunner.
