You need the "iso" file, so if you google "THPS2 iso" it should be on the piratebay or another torrent site. once you've found it, and i can't link you to it as it's illegal technically, download a program called "simple popstation GUI" which will convert it to work on the psp, then you're sorted. it's really a lot simpler than it sounds :)

all psx games can be download at pspisoz (dot ) com but you have to use popstation gui to make it an eboot your self or try pspiso (dot)com no z on this one and it has premade eboot files but you have to sing up it 's free just use fake info
