I believe the Om is at 432Hz. If you cross check with other videos on youtube that use a 432 tuning fork or a Tibetan singing bowl, they seem to have the same sound. Awesome!

Non c'è problema, questa registrazione proviene da un cd di Capitanata, registrata a 1900 metri sulle dolomiti del Brenta. Il tipo che lo ha caricato ha pure aggiunto-ogni tanto-una piccola campana zen non presente sul cd..:-)

It's not 423 Hz. The Voice it's approximately -35 / -25 Cent 3F.

this is one of the best for meditation. Start meditation with attitude " I DONOT KNOW".

Seat at one place with fully erect spinal cord. If one does regularly before going to bed then one can have good sleep, wake with freshness and have lots of energy after waking up. If one go on doing it regularly then one can feel light at the center of spinal cord and vibration through that spinal cord.

Since i found out about the 440 vs. 432 i now measure every upload claiming to be 432 so I measured the om sound and it's between 448 and 449 hz, somewhere near Bb (B flat).
