I think the jugglewiki version uses the same hand paths but with siteswap 3. I'll try and get a slow motion version uploaded in a couple of days for you.
On jugglewiki there are different versions of it with different siteswaps including one with "3" and one with "42333".
The 42333-Versions fits really good to your description of a Burke's Barrage with inside carries followed by a windmill, and I'm able to do it (even with some clawed throws) but it looks really different to the one in your video.
I still would consider the trick in your video as a Rubenstein's with changed siteswap.
tutorial please?

Wow! I'm definitely going to learn this. But I don't understand it completely, yet.
Is this only a Rubenstein's Revenge with the Siteswap changed from 52233 to 42333, or did you change anything else?
If not, it would also be known by the name Sean's Sequel (developed by Sean Gandini).
However I have never seen a video of this trick and wasn't able to imaginate.

It's 423 in the style of Burkes Barrage (with inside carries) followed by 33 in the style of Windmill

By now I can do the version of Marden's Marvel, which is shown on jugglewiki. But I don't understand which throw you do clawed.
And in your video I can't even tell the difference between 3's and 4's. It would be very nice, if you could do a slowmotion of this video.

would be 10 times better if you had this video 34 seconds long and after the 14 original seconds...the rest was in slo motion.
