There are regulations that prohibit the covering or not disclosing the badges number. I think the police learned something from the feds, during the Republicon Convention. Call Sgt Jesse Garcia at 612-348-2345 and then the central precinct at 612-673-5701 and tell them the criminal behavior is unexceptionable by our police officers. It is time the dept's take responsibility and fire those that commit crimes of assault, and intentional physical harm. What happens when "Capt Cholesterol" sprays someone with a breathing or heart condition. Anyone can watch what happened and see which behavior was criminal. Contact the Mayors office and your representatives as well.

The lady was losing her house. I don't know the specifics of why. I know that the bank paid her, I think 5,000, when she left. People were protesting all the people losing there houses, and her losing the battle to keep hers. I was informed about this video after it happened. I know people have to get out when ordered. My problem is when "police officers" violate the rights of people and cause them harm in the process. Anyone can see the difference between criminal and legal behavior.

Is it illegal to use pepper spray on someone who is not obeying the law? That's all I see here. Police officers routinely use pepper spray. It wears off in a little while. (Long-term effects have not been conclusively studied.) I don't know if there's anything better for law enforcement to use in subduing a subject. It's definitely better than beating someone or shooting them. Maybe, there's more to the story?

I am talking about the ones who are on the right side of the line. Do you think that MR Cholesterol should do what he did? Also, the little kick from the other cop is not OK. It didn't seem hard to me,but still not OK. I have been gassed, and in the corps, there is a level of professionalism that I do not see out of many of OUR police officers. It starts with the command above setting an expectation and example.
