It's all about timing on the last block. So far, I've won 4 times. An iPod Touch, PSP, Wii, and yesterday, a GPS. I have to admit, it does skip once in a while. I've read the online version of the owners manual, and it talks about the owner being able to set a win ratio. It also states that based on a players skill, win amounts may vary. My advice is: every time you feel you want to spend a dollar on this machine, put it in a jar instead. In a while you should be able to have saved up enough money and afford the item you would have tired to win from this stupid machine.

Rigged. From what i understand the very top line is the only rigged one though, but i could be wrong. Basically the game is set up so that it will only win after X amount of plays to prevent anyone from just being amazing and cleaning it out.
