wow....its amazing how these clips are still around.it was my altimate favorite show.even have a few episodes somewhere on vhs..lol.and this was also one of my favorite episodes.but my very favorite was the twin testing contest.i still remember it after all these years.thanks for posting it....

This show was so great! I have all the episodes taped from 84-85. OMG I never knew that this song was from Queen???? These girls were so cute and the show was so much fun. I was in my early 20's when this was on.

This was such a great program from back in the 1980s. I wish they would put this on DVD. Do you have the complete episodes???? Thank you for posting this. That was Liz Sagal dancing and Jean Sagal was on the couch with the guy that played their dad.

@CheriKay02 - No! I don't have the full episode, I got this clip from some guy off the internet, years ago. He had it in 3 seperate clips and I put them together into one clip. =)

I wish they would put it out on DVD too! I looked for it a couple of times... but found nothing. I have twins myself, and would love to show them one of my fave shows growing up... =)

Evidently, this episode was from Season 1. As that was Donnelly Rhodes (ex-Dutch from the ABC sitcom SOAP), who played their father, sitting on the couch next to the other twin.

I don't think so. the song is originally done by Queen. maybe they couldn't afford the rights, so they just got some generic singer to cover it.

This was my total favorite as a kid! I loved how cute and upbeat it was.

Usually shows like this that didn't go on for a lot seasons, won't go on DVD unless, it gains renewed popularity by having a network air it's reruns. Nick at Night used to air Designing Women and there was a refusal to release DVDs but they're in the stores now! So I hope the same happens for Double Trouble!

I looooved that show! LOVED the ep where one of the twins wanted to go the whole nine yards with her boyfriend and said, "we've discussed sex before," and the twin sis said, "yeah, with Tom Selleck or DAVID BOWIE!"

In this episode, the dance tune was done by QUEEN, who COLLABORATED with the Gentleman!
