Hey zing wassup. Nice BP session you got there. Well I am typing to you in my dorm right now which means I should be playing for my college D1 team. Unfortunately I caught the tendinitis bug =/ Any woo I am going back home(New Jersey) and I got an Ok from Paul Reddick to train with him to help me get my velocity up to low-mid 90's. i notice that some fo your 2seamers that have a lot of run sometimes misfire and go high and far outside, like at 40seconds.
I have this sometimes also. i was wonderng if you new why this happens, or if it is simply a misfire, or if it is something in mechanics that goes wrong.
My coaches dont know a lot about my motion, so the response to anything i do wrong is "down hill!" or "finish!" so its hard for me to try and figure out what im doing wrong.

Good question. We were not using a radar gun so I have no exact way of knowing. A month earlier I was 89-92.
