It's not the best video, true. However, it was the first ever stunt video for Vice City back in 2003. No mods were used because Decan didn't know how to use mods or where to even get them.
I'm actually surprised you think some of the stunts are "impossible" because I think they look rather basic compared to today's stunt videos.

This video defines Vice City stunting. All the classic, traditional stunt spots thrown into one great video including a good, appropriate soundtrack and perfect transitions. Two big thumbs up to Decan, Hate Me, and d8cam for introducing Vice City stunt videos to the world. Brings back those old memories of watching these years back.
