Twitter has taken down yfrog because after this happened, a lot of people went onto yfrog and started sending pictures from other people's twitter accounts, including the accounts of the rightwingers who initially wrote the story.

Hacking a gov official is a federal crime. Weiner will never submit it to the police of FBI because he is guilty. In the end he will be propped up by the scandal like all democrats are.
The service which handles video and picture uploading information for Twitter has released a statement saying that Wiener's account was not accessed from any devices or IP addresses which typically access it. He clearly did it.
@milowent Of course he didn't send it. Which is why he won't call the cops. And why he avoids questions. And why he can't even say it isn't his dick in the tweet. And why he hired a lawyer. And why he wants to move on. If somebody had set me up like that, I wouldn't call the cops either, and I'd try to look like as much of a clown as possible.
