Sure, the guy was slightly creepy with the items... and all... but he obviously had to get the members permission before he took anything, and to get into their room in the first place. Obviously he didn't just 'Find' the floor plan, one of them - or their manager - gave them it. Again, to get into a room you need a key card. I'm sure the guy couldn't have obtained that without permission. So yeah he was a little bit with odd the items, but he definitely had permission to be in those rooms >///<
