Whose Line: Sportscasters

I just watched a couple of hours of the special effects game before I found this sportscaster game..guess its going to be a few more hours :D

Drew is not funny in the games, but I do think he's funny when he's just talking naturally; like during the pre-game and after-game banter. They shouldn't have made him do the games.

gotta love euphemisms that get past the censors D. The "drew should stay behind the desk and not deprive the genuine improvisers of precious airtime" comment is more true than ever here. Deprived of his fat/bald/mom jokes, his repertoire is piss poor, and looks out of his depth. Folksy charm can only get you so far buddy. Sorry for the rant, thanks again for the uploads, love seeing these once more (been a fan since 1992!)

@llanark You are so right, especially in this playing. However, I sometimes find Drew's obvious inferiority quite amusing. A few games of Foreign Language Dub (or whatever it was called) come to mind. Also, a particular playing of Three-Headed Broadway Star featuring Drew - for the very first time I think - has me in stitches every time, just because Drew screws up. So, you could say he has his uses, but a great improviser he is not. Seeing him deprived of his "seat of power" is also quite nice.

@TankTaur Gotta agree- drew's laugh is damn infectious, and the "take me on a..." skit was one of the funniest things ive ever seen. The odd hoedown is decent, and its always funny when he (frequently) secrews up). Ive gotten used to him, its just that on some episodes greg gets to appear in maybe two or three scenes, same with many of the other guests. Ah well, still the funniest show in existence D
