@Gamepro49 The fact that JB won despite having to serve penalties says a lot. Just because a driver serves a penalty doesn't they should lose the right to win.
Michael Schumacher is the best in terms of numbers, Ayrton Senna is the best in terms of skill and bravery, and Alain Prost is the best in terms strategy...

I love Ferrari, McLaren, and Williams because they are long established and they've earned their place in F1 history, not bought it... so how about you not judge whether or not i'm an F1 fan based on my opinions regarding Sebastian Vettel and RBR
@Master1906 i know i know ... it would of been like a defining moment that would go down in history to show that schumacher still had it .. believe me he still does have it but theres no evidence yet and one hopes in 2012 he can rectify that with a podium or even a win ... depends on the Medcedes WO3 and how fast it will be
yes that was a nice fight. i hope its always like that with real strong car, and very clean drivers like this two, just imagine it was hammilton vs vettel or alonso or massa, sure he would kill someone. fucking monkey, here is your father button. Go Button,.
Vettel has to go down as the most overrated driver in the history of F1. He always cracks when under pressure and at 24 he´s yet to prove that he can overtake when he´s under pressure in the championship. Last I checked, Mark Webber drives for the same team, and has looked quite pedistrian.
And saying Vettel buckles under pressure?!? Hell, he came from behind to win last year, and this year, that was probably one of the few imperfections during race day for him. Short of getting stupid like Alonso, I think we could be seeing the next era of dominance.
i not going to lie Vettel is a top driver but Button was on form in Canada and just kept the pressure on real racing right there, if you want what is F1 racing like in 2:11 there it is, well done to both of them for not making F1 boring
Vettle is not elite. he breaks down under pressure. and this video is prove of that. he is only quick because of his car. car has superior underneath aerodynamics.
@ivanu1530 but somehow vettle is the youngest double world champ, claims the most pole positions, leader in the DHL fastest lap award, led over 700 laps so far in this season and the youngest kid out there to win all these titles. Mark Webber has exactly the same car (set up might be slightly different and strategy, ok...) but he's in 4th for the championship.
Tell me theres a fine line between raw talent and a better car
@004308 hes not saying he's bad, hes saying he's no elite... one day vettel might be remembered as an elite but not until he actually proves what he's capable of for many years ahead. Bruno senna was an elite F1 driver, i mean theres a vid on youtube where there were all the F1 drivers in exactly same road car and it was remarkable to see how much senna thrashed the person from 2nd place... Personally i think vettel is very lucky to score a very good team at such a young age.
@Anime998877 thanks for commenting on something thats so old and making me search for it -.- but i think he "scored" mainly because he got invited into redbull the year before they started proving their capabilities. but in the end he earned his position, as i was saying i think he was lucky to be able to get into torro rosso otherwise we could have never known what happened :L
McLaren is a car that isn't as good as red bull but has won 5 races this year and maybe more, button 3 hamilton 2 because of the drivers trust me it isn't the car.
@MrNeversaynever yeees we all trust you. you must know it. i mean who is more qualified, to say whats happening at f1, than a youtube warrior named MrNersaynever?

@MegaDannyboy90 I love to see an unbiased view of F1... Dude, I'm pretty sure the best driver this year is the one who won the WDC by a country mile, and not only that, demolished his teammate in the SAME CAR
@Yertz1 i sort of agree to but webber is like culthard a great driver just not championship winner but vettel maybe good but at end of day this year has been a car that dominates not the driver still think ham the best driver pound for pound
@MrMclvin I love how everyone jumps on the "his car is the best" bandwagon, while the RB car, especially towards the end of the season, has not been much, if at all, better than the McLaren. If Vettel were slower.. Webber pace, and the car was the same, no one would say the RB is better, but of course since Vettel dominates most of the time the immediate assumption is that the car's faster
Anyway, Hamilton is a great driver, but he's been pretty immature this season, goes for non-existent gaps
@Yertz1 And there's a qoute frpm Daivd Coulthard, it's about being in the right team and the right car at the right time and Vettel is.
Like David Coulthard was with Williams he moved to mclaren in 96, which 96-7 Williams dominated both championships so i heared, if David had stayed he could have won a championship or 2 but he didn't, but then 98-9 Mclaren were dominant and Willams started going backwards,
I'm british and I like Vettel as much as Lewis and Jension
@MrMclvin Button has shown that patience and consistency (ahem, Vettel) gives you a better finishing position at the end of the day, and can win races all the same. Hamilton and Button both had 3 wins this season, but Button beat him by like 50 points. Food for thought.
@steviedogtobers lol...ye funy lil freaky YES....but i've done this kidna thing before when recording u become aware other ppl will listen to ur random yelling lol
the fact that Button can get behind Vettel with a weaker car and maintain pressure, proves that he is a lot better than Vettel, more experienced with more skills
@fidan2fast yes but Vettel has a long career ahead of him and people will be saying the same about him in 5 years time as what you just said about JB (Depending on how well he does in 5 years time).
@SJM1994London that's what I'm saying, Vettel still has a lot to prove as he gains experience
his wins can't be considered as any achievement because we haven't seen him drive actually, and by drive I mean winning in duels, achieving fastest time in races, self control while battling for position, and most importantly, the size of the competitive spirit
and I can say that button is better with more skills, because he has more experience, and has achieved good results even in a shitty Honda
@fidan2fast and Vettel has had good results in a crappy Toro Rosso. I disagree with you about not considering his wins as any achievement because winning races is an achievement itself just some achievements like World Champion or winning from the back or midfield is a bigger achievement than winning from the front. JB's win in a Honda was more or less a one off until 2009, since then he's been on a roll!
so we can agree on button and vettel having almost the same skills?
anyway, the most talented driver of F1, by my standards would be the one who will win several seasons, have epic duels for first place, set the best lap time in races and most importantly, have almost the same results in any F1 team
it's not so complicated to understand, the team effort is what wins in F1 and after the 90's it's all about the team and not the driver, the rules, engineers, strategy and money
@fidan2fast it won't happen all the time but I'm sure Vettel will have epic duels in the future. JB is clearly better at overtaking since he's had more experience.
I hope next year will be a battle for the championship like last year!
"it's not so complicated to understand, the team effort is what wins in F1 and after the 90's it's all about the team"
Go onto F1.com and look at the results for these years, pre-1990: 1989-1986, 1984, 1978, 1973, 1971, 1969, 1968, 1961, 1960, 1959, 1958, 1956, 1955, 1953, 1952 and 1950.
What those years had in common was that one team had better cars then the others.
F1 is about the car and its development, and it has always been.
@CanYurGameTV You put Alonso or Hamilton in a Red Bull and Vettel would be getting his ass spanked like a schoolboy, he's a great driver of course but it's Adrian Newey that's won the last two championships more then Vettel.
@JackRabbitSlim And what's Vettel meant to do about that? Give everyone else a chance? Webber had a fighting chance as well but he bottled it in epic fashion, Vettel cruised along while everyone else crumbled. We're seeing another superb driver, and don't come back with the bullshit "cant overtake" stuff, he proved he's got balls in Monza with that overtake on Alonso on the grass at 195mph.. round the outside no less..
@dazzosheps proved everyone wrong with a single overtake? vettel is undoubtedly the *fastest* driver, that's why he gets pole every race. but he's not the best racer but a long, long way. last year he was stuck behind massa of all people for about 15 laps until they both pitted.
@thesurgeon I didn't say he proved everyone wrong, I said he proved he's got balls. Last year was full of mistakes from RBR - they clearly had the best car but they kept cocking it up which let Alonso in, and even Hamilton. This year their car is even more superior and they're basically untouchable. All he had to prove was that he could handle a race winning car and in 09 after all the rule changes he got his chance. Winning in a Toro Rosso is no mean feat either..
@thesurgeon I didn't say he proved everyone wrong, I said he proved he's got balls. @thesurgeon DUDE he won in Monza with a fucking Toro Rosso ... what do you want more ? He is a bloody good driver and he uses this opportunity to win the world championsship ... not like Webber ... Stop fucking bitching aroung about Seb. I respect all the other drivers, because neither of us could do that , but you people who hate Vettel just because he is dominating ? Grow up guys ...
@SJM1994London he designs the cars. alonso, button, hamilton, would all dominate as much if not more than vettel in that car. but F1 is a team sport after all.
@CanYurGameTV Monza wasn't a normal race, lot's of people have won races in those kind of situations - hill at spa, monteiro's podium at indy. webber made passes at eau rouge and 130R, much more difficult passes than seb's at curva grande. i like vettel, he's just not the next schumacher people make him out to be.
@thesurgeon yes I do agree that it is a team sport. Vettel has driven impeccably this year and red Bull have put a lot of effort into the RB7 and the result has been pure dominance!
@thesurgeon there is actually 1 slight technicality with your comment and that is that Monteiro's podium was in the dry but cloudy conditions and it wasn't a normal race as only 6 drivers started!
@CanYurGameTV HOWS THE BANDWAGON GOING NEXT YR FERRARI ARE GONNA ASS FUCK EVERY KNOWN TEAM KNOWN TO MAN KIND RORY BRYNE IS BACK BE SCARED NEWEY AIN'T GOT SHIT ON BYRNE
@MarkSweetus the base of a team doesnt say anything about racing talent, the dominant drivers of the last 20 years are clearly vettel, schumacher and hakkinen to a certain degree.
@MarkSweetus .... when did alonso dominate the F1? he has 2 world champion titles over 10 years, granted they were consecutive but he never dominated, both seasons he made world champion were close seasons. Vettel was world champion with 5 races to go, only schumacher can say the same. Mansell only became world champion in 1992, which is 1 time in the last 20 years. Schumacher has won 8 World championships in the past 20 years and Vettel has achieved the same as alonso in just 5 years.
@suckieduckie In this car he's pretty intense, but if he was in a Mclaren or Ferrari he wouldn't of won a race. He can't fight through pack. He's a funny guy though, I'll give him that.
@suckieduckie From pole, doesn't sound like fighting up the field to me. Fisichella got pole and came 2nd at Spa, doesn't mean that we should all jerk him off.
@MarkSweetus beating the pace of ferrari and mclaren in a torro rosso, and even getting pole is an achievement. so far he is the only one to do it. Also we have never seen him in the pack this season, so how can you say that he can't drive there? surely button has been behind alonso or hamilton this season without seeing oppertunity to pass him. your logic is flawed and not objective. You see button and hamilton as better drivers because you WANT to

the fact that Button can get behind Vettel with a weaker car and maintain pressure, proves that he is a lot better than Vettel, more experienced with more skills
fidan2fast 4 months ago
@fidan2fast yes but Vettel has a long career ahead of him and people will be saying the same about him in 5 years time as what you just said about JB (Depending on how well he does in 5 years time).
SJM1994London 4 months ago
@SJM1994London that's what I'm saying, Vettel still has a lot to prove as he gains experience
his wins can't be considered as any achievement because we haven't seen him drive actually, and by drive I mean winning in duels, achieving fastest time in races, self control while battling for position, and most importantly, the size of the competitive spirit
and I can say that button is better with more skills, because he has more experience, and has achieved good results even in a shitty Honda
fidan2fast 4 months ago
@fidan2fast and Vettel has had good results in a crappy Toro Rosso. I disagree with you about not considering his wins as any achievement because winning races is an achievement itself just some achievements like World Champion or winning from the back or midfield is a bigger achievement than winning from the front. JB's win in a Honda was more or less a one off until 2009, since then he's been on a roll!
SJM1994London 4 months ago
@SJM1994London
so we can agree on button and vettel having almost the same skills?
anyway, the most talented driver of F1, by my standards would be the one who will win several seasons, have epic duels for first place, set the best lap time in races and most importantly, have almost the same results in any F1 team
it's not so complicated to understand, the team effort is what wins in F1 and after the 90's it's all about the team and not the driver, the rules, engineers, strategy and money
fidan2fast 4 months ago

JackRabbitSlim 5 months ago
@JackRabbitSlim And what's Vettel meant to do about that? Give everyone else a chance? Webber had a fighting chance as well but he bottled it in epic fashion, Vettel cruised along while everyone else crumbled. We're seeing another superb driver, and don't come back with the bullshit "cant overtake" stuff, he proved he's got balls in Monza with that overtake on Alonso on the grass at 195mph.. round the outside no less..
dazzosheps 4 months ago
@dazzosheps proved everyone wrong with a single overtake? vettel is undoubtedly the *fastest* driver, that's why he gets pole every race. but he's not the best racer but a long, long way. last year he was stuck behind massa of all people for about 15 laps until they both pitted.
thesurgeon 4 months ago
@thesurgeon I didn't say he proved everyone wrong, I said he proved he's got balls. Last year was full of mistakes from RBR - they clearly had the best car but they kept cocking it up which let Alonso in, and even Hamilton. This year their car is even more superior and they're basically untouchable. All he had to prove was that he could handle a race winning car and in 09 after all the rule changes he got his chance. Winning in a Toro Rosso is no mean feat either..

@CanYurGameTV correction: adrian newey dominates formula one.
thesurgeon 4 months ago 2
@thesurgeon DUDE he won in Monza with a fucking Toro Rosso ... what do you want more ? He is a bloody good driver and he uses this opportunity to win the world championsship ... not like Webber ... Stop fucking bitching aroung about Seb. I respect all the other drivers, because neither of us could do that , but you people who hate Vettel just because he is dominating ? Grow up guys ...
CanYurGameTV 4 months ago
@thesurgeon Amen to that. Very few people see the world as he does. A genius of an aerodynamicist.
mallik2k4 4 months ago
@thesurgeon Adrian Newey can't dominate F1 because he's the Chief Technical Officer for Red Bull not the driver!
SJM1994London 4 months ago
@SJM1994London he designs the cars. alonso, button, hamilton, would all dominate as much if not more than vettel in that car. but F1 is a team sport after all.
@CanYurGameTV Monza wasn't a normal race, lot's of people have won races in those kind of situations - hill at spa, monteiro's podium at indy. webber made passes at eau rouge and 130R, much more difficult passes than seb's at curva grande. i like vettel, he's just not the next schumacher people make him out to be.
thesurgeon 4 months ago
@thesurgeon yes I do agree that it is a team sport. Vettel has driven impeccably this year and red Bull have put a lot of effort into the RB7 and the result has been pure dominance!
SJM1994London 4 months ago
@thesurgeon there is actually 1 slight technicality with your comment and that is that Monteiro's podium was in the dry but cloudy conditions and it wasn't a normal race as only 6 drivers started!

@Morthelion Where's Red Bull based? Where's Williams based? Where's Mclaren based? Where's Adrian Newey from? Where's Ross Brawn from?
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus I thought you meant the drivers.
Morthelion 3 months ago
@Morthelion Nah the drivers need all the people in the background. Schumacher won all his titles with Ross Brawn for an example.
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus the base of a team doesnt say anything about racing talent, the dominant drivers of the last 20 years are clearly vettel, schumacher and hakkinen to a certain degree.
suckieduckie 3 months ago
@suckieduckie Alonso? Mansell? I'm so confused explain more.
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus .... when did alonso dominate the F1? he has 2 world champion titles over 10 years, granted they were consecutive but he never dominated, both seasons he made world champion were close seasons. Vettel was world champion with 5 races to go, only schumacher can say the same. Mansell only became world champion in 1992, which is 1 time in the last 20 years. Schumacher has won 8 World championships in the past 20 years and Vettel has achieved the same as alonso in just 5 years.

suckieduckie 3 months ago
@suckieduckie Since when has Schumacher won 8 titles? You chat shit.
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus you are right, 7 my bad. does that take away his dominance throughout those years?
suckieduckie 3 months ago
@suckieduckie No. But Vettel isn't as good as you think. As this video and many other videos on YouTube prove.
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus matter of opinion, we cant say after two good seasons, you also cant say hes bad cuz of his results... even you have to admit that
suckieduckie 3 months ago
@suckieduckie In this car he's pretty intense, but if he was in a Mclaren or Ferrari he wouldn't of won a race. He can't fight through pack. He's a funny guy though, I'll give him that.
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus once again you don't know that. he won in a torro rosso and thats way worse than a mclaren or a ferarri.
suckieduckie 3 months ago
@suckieduckie From pole, doesn't sound like fighting up the field to me. Fisichella got pole and came 2nd at Spa, doesn't mean that we should all jerk him off.
MarkSweetus 3 months ago
@MarkSweetus beating the pace of ferrari and mclaren in a torro rosso, and even getting pole is an achievement. so far he is the only one to do it. Also we have never seen him in the pack this season, so how can you say that he can't drive there? surely button has been behind alonso or hamilton this season without seeing oppertunity to pass him. your logic is flawed and not objective. You see button and hamilton as better drivers because you WANT to
suckieduckie 3 months ago
@suckieduckie I don't I'd like Schumacher to win above all. Is it just me who thinks janet off x factor is fit?
