After discovering the music of Zelenka back in the early nineties I am overjoyed that twenty years on his music is finally becoming more accessible and deservedly so. Jan Dismas can finally come off the bench and take his place on the field and play alongside the genius that is Johan Sebastian Bach

People will no longer say Zelenkwho when I rave on about his Lamentations.

Divine Music! It seems as if it came right away from heaven to earth!

People who do not feel a need to cry while listen to this, are not worth to be allowed to have this fantastic music around their ears... ;)
