  • In kyokushin we do anything what it take's, so knee's are knee..i know muay clench and move forward the hips ..In tournament we do the same without the clenching but in self defense we do what it take to, take the person down..Ous!!

Mas oyama first time fought a Muay thai fight he encounter the knee clench..He did his rapid knee to finish the job. So what in combat it's just knee's

  • comments in this post are a classic example of a major problem that exists on this planet. Too many 'know it alls' that just have to speak.. even if they don't know what they are saying.... There is no such thing as a muay thai knee, or a seidokaikan knee, or a kung fu knee, or whatever label you must assign... THEY ARE JUST KNEES.. and anyway, in this video no one has taken credit for inventing the knee... clearly it is a target training video as described in the title and nothing more.

  • nice training

  • knees are knees dumbass

  • @andstuff152 lol....I love how people take style ownership of moves. "That's a kung fu walk....or a TKD fart". I guess the world never knew what a knee was until Muay Thai..or better yet, MMA came along.

  • those are muay thai knees...but very good training
