when you go backwards your goin downhill you see i know that road cuz i live in portville and plus if you look close enough the house on the right is above you which clearly means you face upwards

If you go again you should bring a drink with a label to see what actual tilt there is or a level. Maybe even bring another pair of balls, magnetic & non, to see if one rolls & another doesn't or if the metallic one sticks or slows...you could have a genuine magnetic hill.
