  • the beginning of this sounds like Janet Jackson's *If* song...doesn't it?

  • I don't listen to her stuff so I wouldn't know... sorry.

  • this song has been a fav of mine since childhood. i love your pics, just beautiful.

ps, i'd been looking for this song, and the sound quality on the vid is great too.

  • brilliantly put together.

  • Touching. I love this song. Thanks.

  • I barely remember when this song was out and played at Christmastime 1969 when it was up the charts, but I didn't know until recently reminded that in 1970 it was a big anthem for families and spouses who had loved ones fighting in Vietnam and hoped them home soon. In fact, when Diana last sang it with The Supremes in Vegas in '70, near the end she told the crowd, "Bring our boys home from Vietnam." Let's hope the same for everyone needing to be brought together everywhere.

  • "And I'd like to see today, tomorrow, or in the coming year, let's bring all our boys home from Vietnam." Diana Ross, Frontier Hotel, January 14, 1970.

  • I was 5 years old when my sister bought the single. When she passed away a few years ago.....It reminds me of her.

Sis? "ever since that day......all I wanna do ......is cry" =`(```

  • The first 5 seconds of this song are classic and brings chills to my body.

    Love the video also
