Almost everyone that comes into contact with Shira and spends some time with her picks up on speech quite quickly. shira speaks very well but she can't enunciate her words. After a period of time you pick up on the musicality of the words and you can understand her quite easily. Thanks again for the compliment!
why do the little girl have to have therapy for her gum and mouth.
