The number of Americans who do not have access to care...is much lower than what is usually reported. Most of those calculated into the number.....do have access to care. Its just in the form of Medicare or Medicaid etc. Thats not to say everyone has access. Im merely saying, its not nearly as many as gets reported.

They are apparently given 1 minute to add what they will to the official parlimentary minutes... If I'm wrong, someone please set me straight.
