  • ROCKbandman711 shit, I elevated over 13 ins on my vertical jumping ability by finishing the training system guideline over at 50inch vertical[dot]com. Nowadays being under 6 foot tall is something I don't have to worry about on a basketball game rofl

  • So my neighbor ROCKbandman711 finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over a foot higher! So he used the program over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" and increased over 16 inches in his vertical leap!
