In the description, he says i phone is better than Zune. You can't compare an mp3 player to a phone. They're not even the same kind of product. PLus the service for i phone is like... $500 a year. Maybe more.

However, as you have stated, the iPhone is a phone and not a mp4 player (the Zune is really an mp4 player that plays mp3s). I bought a Zune because I already had a phone, and the service at AT&T would drain my wallet. In the end, the Zune is a good device, but other the iPhone can play music just as well (if not better).

the major advantage the zune has over the ipod is that whole music sharing thing, and even that falls apart at the seams. A) you cant play the song more than 3 times B) you have to find another person with a zune, and its easier to find the fountain of youth...

the zune kills the ipod classic and the zune hd kills the ipod touch (in everything exept apps so far)
I had this EXACT problem with my first iPod, so I brought it back and it took them a month to get me a replacement. A month or two later, I encounter the problem again.
I've had my Zune for awhile now, and have not encountered any problems at all.
