  • @lavie254520 You can buy paya from any desi/indo/pak halal meat market, just ask them for paya, and you can specify if you want goat, lamb, or beef paya but most commonly they have beef, and yes it taste the same (to me), and usually it will already be cut, but some butchers will cut it to your specifications. I prefer about 1 1/2in thick slices, and since I don't have a pressure cooker, it takes several hours for me to get them tender but it's soooo! worth it.
