  • Still better than me :)

  • @curlygurly713 Well, I bet you and I would sound great together, especially after sharing a 12 pack of Budweisers, lol!!

  • And the GRAMMY goes to...

    NJKATWOMAN..

You shoudl get one for this..

    See you on M-TV..

  • What a great ol' fashioned sound, and a creative way to spend your time in the dock! Nicely evocative of colonial Australia too- the Irish convicts who got sent here brought it with them.

  • Sounds good to me, 5*

  • You are one amazingly talented lady.. LOL, effective time management, indeed!

  • Great vid...love the music! 5/5!

  • Awesome..i just might share this. I feel like making someone happy.

  • Hey, thanks for sharing that one with me...I'll see if I can return the favor, and get my latest musical clip to properly upload this time!!(You did make me smile!)

  • Damn girl!! What can't you play??? You are a REAL musician!!! GREAT JOB!!! Oh, and Thanks so much for sharing your talents!!

    Jan

  • Try not to lift your fingers so high. You are working them harder than necessary.

Don't give up. Learning the violin or any instrument is hard at first. Irish music is a good reason to learn the violin. Looking forward to more videos as you progress.

GOOD LUCK AND KUDOS FOR TRYING SOMETHING NEW.

  • I have to laugh! LOL! My fingers are over the neck of that violin, like a Daddy Long Legs spider! hahaha! Celtic music is so upbeat and catchy, and thankfully, if I don't have any notation, or do-it-yourself tape to watch, I just use my ear, and try to figure it out that way. Thank you for your helpful suggestion!

  • That's good, wish I had musical talent!

  • Well, I believe that everyone has a talent, it's just a matter of discovering what exactly that might be.

You might be great at the harmonica...have you ever tried one? Thank you, mickflyuk!

  • hey NJ thats not that bad keep the updates coming on how you doing

  • Yeay, we'll see how it goes, CabbageTheTrucker....I may end up selling every violin but one, along w/ the banjo. Things have been pretty bleak lately, and coming to a head.

Thank you for the flowers! :)

  • Cool, and now have to take some irish coffee 5/5*

  • Thatt's RIGHT, w/ a little Irish Mist in it, eh? lol!

  • Thanks for sharing your video. Sounds great!

  • Most appreciated, KeepOnTruckinNYC!!! Thank you!

  • Good job Christy!

  • Thank you Rob! If we ever run across each other, maybe we can squeeze in a quick jam session! :)
