hehehe.. heelstretch is proper when u hold the heels to suport. un ginawa ng ccf .. the leg stretched and opened up a bit leaning against the back of the arm as support... it may be called sumthin else. not heelstretch. they sed they jas came up with it. after all, they did it perfectly.
