  • I got chills man.........this is cool dude.

  • Sounds like death music

  • this whole album sounds like the soundtrack to a truly epic final fantasy the likes of 7 or.....9 and 10? whichever any of u think is epic. better yet, a final fantasy 7 remake.... or a sequel... ... sorry, nerd moment.

  • .....I can see the scottish people havin a riot over this one.

  • Sounds kinda like battlestar music!

  • This song sounds nothing like me getting laid!

  • Einfach nur wunderschön ... . Mir fehlen die Worte ... .

  • FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  • tg merci :hap:

  • 15-18 ?:hap:

  • Ulaid...who did you lay?

  • thumps up if you came here hearing it at zelda UV on newgrounds

  • Ulaid is the Irish word for ulster, which is english, FREE IRELAND!

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 LOLno. Get back under our boots, laddie; this coming from a Scot-Brit-Irish.

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio you are not Irish, an Irish person wants Ireland to be an independent country away from your pixie dick queen. We have support from America, Cyprus, Croatia and many other british terrorized countries. If a country attacks britain I don't think people will just sit there and be like, 'ok' They will fight back, and how would you feel being called a terrorist for defending your on home. Tiocfaidh ár lá

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 You're such an ignorant sod; no wonder our country can never be taken seriously.

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio Yup, YOUR country can never be taken seriously because you keep invading weak countries so that your weak hearted nation can look less flimsy. england has 0 friends, Ireland has plenty of friends, as well as almost everyone who visited has enjoyed themselves, also one of the most succesful EMA Awards was held here in NI. I don't think I am ignorant when your the one who calls Irish people terrosrists for defending their own home. Fuck U, up the RA

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 Come and try and take us on; once America falls, you'll go first if you even try to break The Truce.

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio We are not stupid, your country is bigger and has a better trained army, we will have a slim chance of coming on top if a whole bum chum army is attacking us. You are more powerful, but we are better, nicer and more peaceful people, unlike you'll ever be. Also, watch this : /DRWdt-bYcLM

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 That's nice; that's why we have an empire, and you don't. Also, it's why you have been repeatedly subverted and made into territories for other nations.

Hell, even the Vikings got some out of you, and they had to sail far and wide to get at you. Pretty sad.

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio and guess who also got raped by the vikings? YOU. I wonder why they came far and wide to come to Ireland? I dunno, probably because they thought england was shitty and they wanted a nice place to live...

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 Pffft. You talk tough for being from a nation with half its borders being owned by its rightful Crown. ;)

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio Lol I am only 12 (13 in a week) and I guess u are well older and more educated in british parliment, so you really should be getting better points than that, seriously i'm 12 and i'm pwning u, go eat your queen's dick or go play with your dad's dildo. And guess how many counties britain own? 6 out of 32, kinda lame for such a 'big powerful nation' Also how is it 'rightfully' belong to the crown? when it has no attached land. Ireland is Ireland, and no crown can change that.

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 Nice story; go cry to your great national history of the last hundred years-

Oh, wait; we were working together just fine until brats like you decided to suck by your own.

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio lol, look who's talking 'brats like you decided to suck by your own' your the one who is apposing me in this, so obviously you are someone who is interested in this topic. and u think tht (as i said before) if people marched in to your country, u would just stand their and say ok. WORKING FINE MY ASS. and go and cry about the last 500 years of british royalty being incest inbread fucks lol.

  • @JohnnyGonzalez007 You're just jealous because you will never have an empire like ours. Hell, most people don't even know what the national language of Ireland is.

  • @fallschirmjager0000 Gibraltar, Falkland Islands, Turks and Cacao's, many Polynesian Islands, multiple Caribbean Islands, and by extension of the crown the Australian states, the New Zealander states, the Canadian states, and, finally, Northern Ireland.

    Where's your empire, small-fry?

  • Comment removed

  • @fallschirmjager0000 See my post again, kid. That's our empire, it's bigger and stronger than yours. Those territories are populated by Brits, and if the going got rough, they would come back to us.

  • Comment removed

  • @fallschirmjager0000 All right, kid, who was the first Canadian? Who was the first Australian? Who was the first New Zealander? We colonized those provinces and made them who they are today. Without us, they wouldn't exist at all; they know who their Fatherland is.

  • Comment removed

  • @fallschirmjager0000 That's nice. Hey, let's count off the many, many Irish colonies, starting with-

    ...

    And that's all of them!

  • Comment removed

  • @fallschirmjager0000 en.wikipedia .or g/wiki/British_Empire

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio yes, notice that you no longer have that empire.

  • @LeeroyJenkinsstudio We dont want an empire, people just want Ireland to be one island, and we won't bother anyone else. Also the only reason you have an empire, is so people don't have to go to england to see all it's shitty places and people, they want to go somewhere nice like Cyprus and Croatia, but you'll constantly be on their mind by british embasseys everywhere andshooting people who want rightfulness and , hell even innocent people walking home from work (like my unfortunate grandad)

  • THEY MAY TAKE OUR LIVES.....BUT THEY WILL NEVER....TAKE OUR LOVE FOR E.S.POSTHUMUS!!

    Let me here some noise.

  • @TheFunkyTheist WHOOOOOOOO

  • awesome music Better then todays music

  • Omg I love this kinda music, what kinda genre would this be in? I would love to find more music like it.

  • @1Zaren there is no genre, because there's so little of it.

Fucking thing sucks, i'd only listen to this style if i could, but its so rare its not even funny.

  • @1Zaren There are Celtic Folk elements in this music. Instruments such as bagpipe, fiddle, flute, harp etc. I also love Celtic music you can checkout my playlist at Spotify open.spotify.com/user/frazali/playlist/5p8Tabf5ZwIZh2sIRcxbKa

  • @1Zaren what K3vyB said. there is no specific genre this would fall under BUT if you like the celtic elements in this song, then you can listen to other celtic music....i personally LOVE celtic music I find it strangely very calming compared to like those nature sounds or whatever.

  • let's all be happy be together and make this world a better place let's join hands and care about the people how needs us on the countries less desenvolved let's help the people in Africa in Asia China those who really need our help

  • Ulaid is Irish for Ulster the northern province of Ireland...for those who instantly think of Scotland just 'cause of bagpipes.

  • This song will get Ulaid

  • Ulaid= you laid?

  • Rise the Scots.. Rise!

2014 will mark the 700th anniversary of Bannockburn...

what a shame it would be if England still holds Scotland..

I wonder how the independence vote will go..

  • @youpon1000 ROFL - these are irish pipes, well done there

  • @youpon1000 down boy!!!

  • @arniemonkey you have dominated Scotland for four centuries Mr.English Man. That is more than too long

  • @youpon1000 dominated ..lol we dont give a shit about owning you scots same as you dont give a shit about us english,... thats the past ...

  • @arniemonkey Then Independence should be easy to achieve. but guess what?

We know that you are not going to give up the North Sea oil fields and you will resist tooth and nail unfortunately .

  • @youpon1000 i think your confusing "you" instead of saying the government and elite have em as far as me and the rest of the country are concerned..anyway your a yank now???lol

  • Rise the Scots.. Rise!

2014 will mark the 700th anniversary of Bannockburn...

what a shame it would be if England still holds Scotland..

  • This kinda remindsme of Titanic...

  • that old man is like naw bitch you getting my sammich XD

  • Wonderful !

  • U laid, bro?

  • Uillean pipes.....beautiful. Davy Spillane one of the best.

  • the piper is davy spillane, great musician and lovely guy

  • Ulaid - Who did i lay?

  • Yeah this is an epic lullaby LOL

  • @SmoothMichaelJackson hows that going for you?

  • @UrMYM0nk1e what?

  • I will get laid for the first time ..to this song.

  • this song reminds me how a bunch of close friends we went to down to a waterfall and while coming up the weather got a bit bad. We stayed together waited for the last bus, ran on the highway managed to get the bus.slept in and came back home. Memories and very good songs..

  • I saw the name of this song and i was like "yup, gonna be some INTERESTIN' comments on this one.

  • @johnnycracksniffer *Scottish accent* reminds me of Braveheart...

  • @seanw23 While I am Irish, and that comment hurts that you can't distinguish the difference between Bagpipes and Irish Pipes, The Scottish and Irish are Both Celtic, and we can join together under that. R.I.P. Franz, you and your brother appealed to any all demographics, and your guys' music will be forever.

  • @darkknightstudios88 I think most people don't realize that there is a difference. Not insensitive, just underinformed.

  • i really enjoy this. i need some money so i can get this on itunes. XD

  • @snowman50644 listentoyoutube(dot)com and/or then buy the cd

  • My favorite song of E.S. Posthumus untill now!!

  • Home.....

  • 'lazarusrevival' did a vid to this music before being removed from YouTube for "copywrite" prob . . . . it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen on the internet. Muron being executed, then Mel (William Wallace) bantering and gazing in her eyes, ending with WW waking up. If someone knows how to get in touch with the video or maker PLEASE buzz me . . .

  • @crispusf sounds nice, the music is great! Try sending him a message?

  • @t0m1337n I've tried . . . all that remains is the music and the memory . . .

  • @t0m1337n I've tried . . . all that remains is the music and the memory . . .

  • This song makes me wish that I lived in Ireland.

  • augh, this is so beautiful.

  • R.I.P. Franz Vonlichten..

  • just found this band, gotta say they're amazing

  • @Tehsneakyy Not really a band, just an independent music group that was formed in 2000 who produce experimental music. E.S stands for Experimental Sounds, Posthumous refers to 'Things of Past'. This album, 'Unearthed' was actually their first that came out in 2001, They had just released their 3rd album last year... I still can't find it though...

  • @neokazuka Just search for E.S. Posthumus right here on youtube. You'll find the new songs

The newest album is called Makara

  • U laid?

    Yeah, After this song.

  • Yes,iLaid.

  • I mean, E.S. Posthumus was awesome before... but now this?! There are no words for the greatness.

  • reminds me when i first fuckd girl ^^

  • @BlackFuckingBetty

    Idiot!

  • Ulaid is Irish for ULSTER

  • Am I the only one hearing Riverdance, here? Definitely Northern Ireland. :D

  • I think of Braveheart when I hear this.

  • does anyone else think this sounds like the song in the new robin hood where robin and marion are dancing?

  • for some reason this song reminds me of Xena: Warrior Princess......idk why :/

  • @PINGsomeness seriously? u don't know about Pompeii? Ancient Literature I learned about.

  • Is this in the trailer for One Week?

  • Is it me or does the angel look like Frodo?

  • Ulster.

  • -Ulaid on this?

    -Yep, i did.

  • @Br0ly100 lol ur such a loser hahaha

  • @Br0ly100 Win

  • @Br0ly100 I see what you did there, mah boi

  • they will never take OUR FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ah, the Highlands.

  • this was played when chuck norris fell in love

  • @thisisbs19 This was also the first recorded time Chuck Norris didn't cry tears of blood

  • U-got-Laid after hearing this because the song is so epic it had sex with you.

  • FREEEEEDOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!

  • This song reminds me of Enigma.

  • damn this sounds so beautiful

  • Reminds me of Ireland. Reminds me of my Home. Reminds me of my family.

    Thank you E.S. POSTHUMUS

  • @Devilmystroe yes Ulaid is in Ireland

  • @jehangirthegreat well obviously or I wouldnt of posted my comment. Ulaid is Gaelic for Ulster a province in Ireland.

  • @Devilmystroe The Uilleann pipes play is Davy Spillane the former band member of River Dance and he is 100% Irish and he participated with those great artists Franz (RIP) and Helmut to play such great composition, its a big loss for the music world to stop this band , and I think it's the last piece of genuine music in the modern era

  • @hmlovedj why

  • @Devilmystroe love ireland!!

  • f..king Blutend, aber ungebeugt, indeed!

  • "I love you. I always have. I wanna marry ya."

His ass kicking that comes about 20 minutes later(?) is AWESOME!

  • Deffs music for a gay chat line :D

  • Should be called 'Alaid', as in AURALLY LAID!

  • one word.......Braveheart.....haha

  • "i came all the way from my island to help William Wallace and this is the thanks i get?" "you mean Ireland?" "thats what i said isn't it? it's my island, yes father i'll tell him" "the almighty says your not pretty enough to be William Wallace" "you talk to god do you?" "he's a lot better then most the company down here"

funniest convo, prior to him (Man who talks to god) saving William and saying "i didn't trust him, he wasn't right in the head"

  • This is the music which touches soul

  • The Irish are not Celtic they just were heavily influenced by celtic culture from Britain. The Celts never colonised Ireland, although there is evidence that some British celts settled in Ulster in 300BC.

  • @GarzaofBelfast you sound a bit biased

  • @ascorbicacid1 biased against what lol? Just mentioned some recent scientific findings. I'm just saying the Irish have celtic culture, not celtic ancestry - nothing wrong with that. I thought it was a fun fact, did mean it as an insult.

  • This makes me feel like I just saved the world in a video game and this is playing at the end credits xD

  • every thing is peacful in some random village in east Asia or the U.K. :)

  • @mrboothtv

    or Ireland

  • i think about braveheart ... maybe cause it starts almost exactly like it

  • @NightRime Braveheart's a good movie

  • @TheNexus18 yeah, i know :>

  • reminds me a bit of the Titanic soundtrack

  • @pirategirlfan301 You are right

  • playing ulaid to a girl will get ulaid

  • @hatebush1234 That's funny but immature

  • other than arise, unstoppable, pompeii, and ebla.. does anyone know another good es posthumus song to listen while on a run?

  • Comment removed

  • @tigerspartan06 Try their new single "The MLB Tonight Theme" and maybe Vishnu or Kuvera. Try out their new
