I do agree that this version is great, but every version of this song is fantastic. It's simply the song. Jimmy Cliff did an earlier version in reggae too, and it is just as fantastic. It's the lyrics and the tune that make for a fantastic cover. They are all great. I LOVE THIS SONG.

When I watched the original video by Cat Stevens, I read the comments and it wasall based on the fact that he converted to Islam. Then it was nothing but horrible posts about how much the posters hate islam. This thread happened to keep focus on the song, I wonder how that works? Just a thought.
