nice video! I must agree with you, I think this bill could be good for the community. It is much better than trying to ban reptiles and exotic pets altogether. It was inevitable that some sort of bill came out after HR669 and I really think it is for the best. Anyways, great video! Keep them comin!

Yes it is a hell of alot better then Hr669 for sure but this new bill could be the best bill ever to come out for reptiles to date to help us all around in keeping bills like HR669 out of the picture

thats for sure. If the government sees that these bills are coming up all over the place and that they are actually effective they may just forget the idea of banning this hobby and actually leave us alone. I think this bill is meant to eliminate the irresponsible reptile keepers and leave the good ones alone. Which is good!

it wont work.... its too vague, like for example they dont have a good definition of an enclosure. all it says it that it has to be labled and "secure". if the police say it isnt "safe" they can give you a misdeamenor and take ALL ur herps.

Well i think it would work due to the fact Va. already been had this similar law about venomous and all and it works perfectly fine i think honestly things like this needs to be addressed about housing and transporting some of the bill could still use a little fine tuning but over all it is a hell of alot better then HR669 i would rather have this one then HR669 anyday

well thats true it is important that it needs to be addressed but the authorities should use people like you to inspect rather than a police who knows next to nothing about snakes

I totally agree they should have a herpotoligist or someone who knows proper housing and all but i am sure the police and wild life and game can distunguish between secure and non secure i am sure they are not that retarded and if they are they truely need to go get more education in life lol
