If you get breast cancer you need to take the breast off otherwise you die, you can get a fake silicon under the chest muscle and match the other one, no big deal you save you life

Cancer in the breast is not what kills women; metastatic/disease outside the breast does. There are decades of US and international studies which have shown equivalent survival when comparing mastectomy with lumpectomy and radiation.
