  • A naive video written by someone who is intellectually challenged. Example: It's true some quality problems began in the late 1990's but you can thank the Clinton Administration for that because Clinton threatened a massive tariff if Toyota refused to make more of its vehicles here in the USA using USA made parts. American parts suppliers promised quality to Toyota but did not deliver.

  • @4af A comment written by a man who drives a toyota and doesnt have a penis. you can not blame american parts manufactures for japanese poor engineering and defects. truth is american cars use american parts supliers. how come american cars are not rusting in half? having engines that blow up and catch fire? accelerating out of control killing people. truth is the toyotas have almost no american parts. they are built in japan, and only partially assembled in USA to bypass tariffs.

  • @anthonyledo Are you really that stupid??? No, seriously. Ever heard of the deathly Ford Pinto? Ever heard of Pinto recalls? NO! Ever heard of the disastrous Ford Explorer rolls and faulty tires? Ever heard of an Explorer recall? NO! Toyota did the right thing by recalling their faulty cars before problems continued. While on the other hand, Ford did all they could to not even address the issue. Their greedy asses decided it would be too costly to save consumers' lives! Buy a Toyota, seriously.

  • If Toyota does all this then why is my 2011 Camry already failing? My grille is falling off, the paint has over a hundred rock chips, sunroof rattles, passenger door glass frame has a rattle, seat vibrates. When i bought it, the dealership had to repaint the grille and rear deck lid because they didn't match the rest of the car. At 200 miles i had a foul smell coming from the ac unit. I don't know what it is but for me toyota has failed big time. Never buying toyota again! I warn everyone i can.

  • Yeah baby! It's the age of Hyundai! Whatever popularity Toyota loses in North America, Hyundai gains. Unfortunate for the Big Three, discrediting Toyota only makes Hyundai and Kia stronger, and serves them no purpose. Toyota can go bankrupt, but it still ain't going to help the American makers, and whatever workers they employ will be simply out of a job. Compare the number of Americans Hyundai employs versus Toyota.

  • @unchiman666

i know all the numbers, and the jobs toyota supplies to north america is pitiful. toyota is destroying our jobs, unions, and quality of life. toyota much like yourself, wants us to fear them loosing business. truth is ever since we let them in our country, north american jobs have been going overseas. what i like most, is that toyota fears loosing business to hyundia. as they know their low quality cant even compete with the koreans. you must work for toyota.

  • @unchiman666 the big 3 do not need to discredit toyota..toyota does that on their own ,and not help the american car maker?..really?.last time i looked ford has 3 vehicles in the top 10 ,,toyota 1..and kia wasnt even on the list ..kia's are actually junk ...and you talk about jobs in the auto industry ,,toyota might hire american workers but alot of toyota's american workforce is made up of part time and temp worker's .and personally i could care less if toyota died

  • If I told you I own a GM car and truck 2009 models, will you stop complaining?

  • @ExtremePeppers i dont think of it as complaining ...glad to see you own some american iron ...actually.i lied ..i did own 1 GM product..it was a 56 caddy for a bit ..i forgot all about that one

  • @390merc65 I kind of own them. Im a taxpayer.

  • The next time you watch the news or National Geographic, pay attention to what kinda trucks are being driven in 3rd world countries. Maybe because they can't afford to take their trucks to Mr.Goodwrench every other month to be fixed.

  • @ExtremePeppers third world countries are warm and dry. this is the most freindly environment for a vehicle. besides when the toyota breaks down, its lighter for their dogs or cattle to pull, as ive seen in National Geographic.

how about you recognize the fact that the harsh conditions are up north. did you know cold starts put the most wear and tear on an engine above all else. now recognize that the trucks up north are all american.

  • @ExtremePeppers good point my friend..but to add to this...everytime you see film footage of terrorists they are always in the back of a toyota...and thats plublicity and business the big 3 can do and will go without ,,and if you live in the U.S and in a snow state...you can thank an american truck keeping your streets and highways plowed of snow ..and how do you think your new toyota got to its dealership?...i bet it was delivered on the back of an american truck

  • @390merc65 Toyota is is the backbone of terrorism? Nobody seemed to care about the GMC van used in the Oklahoma bombing. I never lived in a snow area, but Im sure you can put a plow on the front of a Toyota truck as well. No Toyota does not make semi's. Is there something wrong with that?

  • @ExtremePeppers not the back bone , just making a point ..and that was a large cargo van and something toyota does not make ....toyota only makes one full size truck...and no commercial vans at all....living in a snow state i have yet to see 1 toyota with a plow...or doing any hard work at all...how many toyota's do you see on a job site?...none

  • @390merc65 Are you just one of those "Buy American" guys? Toyota gives 375,000 Americans jobs on American soil. They are not controlled by the UAW and that makes alot of people angry. I drive a 1991 Toyota truck and I catch shit sometimes for it. But all I say is "Lets drive from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific coast. You take a 91 S-10 or Ranger, and I will drive my truck. First one to pop the hood is the loser". I will even stop by a few "Job Sites" on my journey.

  • @ExtremePeppers yes i am american ..so whats wrong with buy american???...ppl like you wont be happy untill our own car manufactures go belly up and we are then forced to work for and drive japanese ...and yeah toyota gave jobs..lower paying jobs then the big 3 ...and last time i looked toyota's american work force is made up of alot of part timer's and temp jobs ...you act like an american vehicle cant possibly go the distance, but they can ,,

  • Respond to this video... american vehicles have achieved 300k or more since the 1960's but ppl today who drive imports act like this is some special club and goals reached only by import cars...read about teh ladt with a 64 comet with 600 k on it..or the guy with a stang with over 800k..or the lady with a mustang that has over 700k..or look at the ford van with well over a million on it..or out my window at my 77 with well over 300 k .or my mercury with over 300k

  • @ExtremePeppers if you are one of those guys who complains about our economy , but you buy import.[ built here or not] then dont speak another word about it ..utube blown head gaskets..no brand or year just blown head gaskets..it might shock you to see most vids are on hondas with blown head gaskets ..why is that ????were is that supposed superior japanese engineering ???

  • @390merc65 A Honda with a blown head gasket? I never owned a Honda. But I can see that happening every other day. Kids drive those cars thinking the have a Formula 1 car. I bet your head explodes when you hear news about American cars being built in Canada and Mexico. I won't even discuss Fiat buying out Chrysler. But have fun with your crusade. If you can get just one person to take you seriously, I would have to say that you won.

  • @ExtremePeppers my head doesnt explode at all..you see..ford has been in mexico and canada for decades..and this will come to a shock to you ..but most of those vehicles built in those country's ..stay there

..why does everyone act like this is something new to them ???..ford has been in mexico and south american for about 50years..and canada to ...here is another shocker for you..ford is global just like toyota ..actually ford has been in other country's longer then toyota is in business

  • @ExtremePeppers so only kids abuse honda's??...some of these blown head gaskets are not from kids owning the cars...i know its hard for you to understand...but even hondas brake down ....and besides..havent we been told for over 20 years anything the japs build are better then we can manufacture,,,and imports never brake down ,,right?...tell that to my neighbor with an accord with only 135k on it and on its second tranny,,,he must be lying..hondas dont brake down ...right???

  • @390merc65 I also own a Chrysler.

  • @ExtremePeppers and american cars and trucks have been going coast to coast for decades ..long before any japanese car or truck ever did that kind of thing...what revalotionary idea's has toyota brought to the truck table?..fuel injection?.we had that since the 50's.4wd ?..we had that since the 1930's ..this country was built with the help of a american truck..long before any import ever came here ..we paved the way for toyota to have it easy making trucks

  • and yes newer toyotas have severe rust problems, doest mean other car companies dont have their reliablity problems as well dipshit

  • The toyota 2000gt was designed by the same person who helped design the jaguar e-type, and both cars were built in the same time idiot. both were built to compete against each other and the 2000gt, today a very rare and HIGHLY sought after sports car, even being used by Caroll shelby in SCCA races, won against that!

  • 2011 TOYOTA CAMRY SE DEFECTIVE. Toyota Camry SE 2011 POWER STEERING PUMP WHINE.... Listen to these vidio's.. TOYOTA CORPORATE SUPERVISOR YOVOND WHITE REFUSES TO FIX CAR ... BUT ACKNOWLOGES BAD POWER STEERING PUMP WHINE FOR 15-20 MINUTES UPON COLD START UP. . Told Consumer to go ahead and put vidio on you tube it won't hurt Toyota's sales and hung up. You Tube user name : ToyotaCamerySE

  • lmao....the first car shown is a 80's toyota tercel....i to THIS day...found it had the best build quality of ANY car i have owned after it....so dont say shit about toyota and lack of quality...that car was a bullet proof reliable tank....i sold it with over 200,000 miles and it ran perfectly

  • @misterbear1984 Thats an old Toyota...when Toyota was good. Not any more, dumb ass!

  • @xToyotaSucks01x OH SHIT!!...i guess i am a dumb ass! ..thank you soo SOO much sir for the kind words!!! ...idiot :)

  • @misterbear1984 Use your thinkin' cap buddy.

  • @xToyotaSucks01x yeah, i am planning on getting a late 90's nissan altima or maxima for my next car...i checked them both out ...and they are NICE ass cars :D

  • @misterbear1984 Forget the Altima. They ugly and slow. Get Maxima, they fast sound good and nice lookin' cars.

  • the only thing i ever seen make it iver 300k miles from japan was a 1990 Mitsubishi montero... it got totaled @ 350k when a bulldozer backed into it. i seen a few fords and chevys make over 500k.

  • toyota trucks are so cheap i am surprised walmart is not selling them on the rack next to barbies pink jeep ..toyota trucks are the Rodney Dangerfields of trucks..they get no respect ......and it is surprising when you look under a toyota truck that it does not say made by [FISHER PRICE]...

  • any of you [ lead by the nose] toyota worshippers can lick my sweaty nut sack ..ppl who buy toyota and bitch about the big 3 are assholes..its bad when you buy a toyota truck...then actually use it as a truck ..then find out your tailgate is bent in half,,and why?..because you actually used your toyota truck as a truck ..my 34 year old f 150 4x4 still has its original and functioning 34 year old dent free tailgate on it and has been used as a truck since day 1 ..screw toyota

  • LOL american cars rank lowest in quality and reliability.

  • @etoyotarockshsucks thats according to corrupt CR. they have been caught taking bribes before. besides what knowledge do they have about reliability and quality. they only take into account the first 3 months of a vehicles life.

want to talk quality. show me brand new american cars rusting out as bad as asian cars.

want to talk reliability. american and european cars have the longest life expectancy rates. asian cars the lowest.

japanese manufactures are the most arrogant.

  • @anthonyledo LOL, go look up previa 300000 miles and several and several vids pop up.

  • @etoyotarockshsucks LOL, go look up toyota 30,000 mile engine failure due to oil sludge failure. not several and several results pop up, but only thousands and thousands. only 3.5 million toyota customers were &#@%ed up the ass by toyota on this design flaw. get off my channel clown.

  • @etoyotarockshsucks your showing me toyota's best. no where close to a million is it?

  • @etoyotarockshsucks look up 1 million mile ford and 1.5 million mile ford

  • @etoyotarockshsucks reliabilty is only proven after years and years, and hundreds of thousands of miles. japanese cars just arent capable. people who drive japanese cars do not know the meaning of the word reliabilty. they have to scrap their disposable cars every 2 years, and go into debt with a brand new one.

  • @etoyotarockshsucks You don't see american cars having their gas pedals get stuck. You don't see american truck frames rusting and breaking in half or ball joints failing where it causes an accident. So your wrong about american cars having poor reliability. Far as I'm concerned Toyota blows dick and will always blow dick along with other japs scrap cars.

  • no one in the world buy american cars but american.

  • @atmark666 u are very wrong... lol

  • @ps3dethman1

because you are an american lol.

  • @atmark666 i am puerto rican thank u very much... and i have a 89 isuzu trooper with 150k on it..... that truck is the best in it's class and with the factory dana 44's in it the 4.55 gears its the same as the first gen tundras... but it only has a 2.6 I4... my trooper will crush the older jeep grand chorkee's. if u want real reliability in any car u got scrap the gas sucker in it and put a diesel in it....most big rigs get 1.5 million mile to a enigne

  • I was skeptical about American vehicles at first, but I have learned that Japanese vehicles are really no better, and Japanese trucks are inferior.

  • @CrashJSTest i guess they have lower standards in the poconos. here in the rocky mountains you still see old American trucks all over the place that are stil going strong, but very few old toyota trucks or cars that are old. old American trucks might need something minor like an alternator but at least they dont break in half like a lot of toyota trucks. i would rather spend a few bucks and 30 minutes or so replacing an alternator instead of a frame or blown engine.

  • @Rockdog1981 Your kidding right? watch any old top gear video or car review on toyotas the first thing they say is that you will get your moneys worth cause of the reliability You know how american cars all used to be made largely in detroit well guess the percentage of unemployment there 45% of its citizens their economy is in the shitter because americans are starting to realize toyota and other japanese manufacturers are the way to go wen buying vehciles.

  • @Mamailian i dont watch television or vids to learn about trucks. i look around on jobsites and what trucks are hauling hevy loads down the road and what trucks are old and still working. i never see toyotas doing hard work or hauling alot of weight in the back, and i never see any old toyota work trucks that are still working. i have known several guys who had toyota trucks and they fall apart. toyota trucks also have a little bed on them and weak suspension so they cant carry much in one load.

  • @Rockdog1981 I assume you must be comparing Tacomas to full size trucks just like furiousgeorge has been. Why don't you compare them to other compact/midsize trucks like Sonomas, Colorados, Rangers, Dakotas? For the record I regularly haul 24 wood boxes full of rock cores that each weigh upwards of 90 lbs across rough temporary quarry spall roads that are meant for Cats and other heavy equipment -- that is WELL over the documented payload capacity. And nothing has ever "fallen apart" or broken.

  • @cashmab i compare toyota to shit. shit smells better, and lasts longer. dont think the tundra is any better than a tacoma. the tundra frame rusts in half just the same, it has transmission failures and throws connecting rods like crazy when people attempt to use them for work or pleasure. tundra tailgate will buckle with only 200 pounds on it (well under their "documented payload capacity"). as rockdog said toyotas are found on jobsites. so either your telling a tall tale or driving american.

  • @cashmab okay, i will compare them to sonomas, colorados, rangers, and dakotas. i have never seen a sonoma break in half, or a colorado break in half, or a ranger break in half,or a dakota break in half, but many, many, tacomas have broken in half. and if you honestly do haul nearly 2,400 lbs. in the bed of your tacoma like you claim(i seriously doubt it), you havent been doing it regularly for very long, or your toy would have broken.

  • @cashmab ive seen people trying to haul a small load of rock in a t100 when i was on my way to the store. when i was on my way back from the store they were on the side of the road in the same place unloading the rock because of their weak suspension, the tires were rubbing, and their toyota truck would not move.

  • @cashmab If I were you, I would encourage all Tacoma truck drivers to put 2,400lbs., or 5,292kg. in the back of their Tacoma, and drive around over rough terrain, so as to prove that you aren't lying about your statement.

  • Nice video. These guys have been flying under the radar for years. It's high time they get the needed publicity.

  • @CrashJSTest trying to fool people one toyota got 300k shows you are deceptive. i cant trust anything you say. my experiences with american vs japanese is just the opposite. someone like yourself with such a hate for american cars would never own one. your loyalty to toyota remains only because you are in denial. it is proven american and european cars have much higher life expectancy rates, and require alot less maintenance.

  • @anthonyledo Lol, and the pot calls the kettle black. Let me fix this for you: "someone like yourself with such a hate for japanese cars would never own one. your loyalty to ford/chevy/GM remains only because you are in denial. it is proven american, european, and japanese cars have about equal life expectancy rates, and require approximately equal maintenance." I have owned 5 Toyota trucks that have cumulatively amassed over a million miles, and all were still running strong when I sold them.

  • @cashmab Your FIVE Toyotas CUMULATIVELY have amassed 1 million miles. Some American vehicles have amassed over 1 million miles on a single vehicle. How many Toyotas can you say that about? My Ford F-150 has around 600,000 on it, and still going strong. One of my former co-workers had a Tacoma, and the engine seized up with less than 100k on it, and less than 3 years old. If your Toyotas have been so great, why do you keep replacing them? Afraid they are about to crap out?

  • @furiousgeorge1271 You are comparing two unrelated data sets my friend. I'm citing that 5 out of 5 vehicles that *I* have owned have averaged over 200K apiece before I sold them, one of those had 345K. You are citing the odd, rare million mile vehicle. Guess what, every manufacturer out there has examples of vehicles that have gone a million miles. And every manufacturer also has lemons that don't last a damn. And to answer your question, yes there is a million mile club for toyota pickups.

  • @cashmab Your post that I replied to was kind of vague, I was responding to the end of your comment, maybe it was unclear because you were being brief, and I may have misunderstood. Either way, I have routinely abused vehicles all of my adult life (not just putting a lot of miles on them), and the fact is that Toyota trucks just don't hold up to the hard work and abuse that American trucks can. They lack the power and durability that some of us need. Some Toyotas even break in half.

  • @furiousgeorge1271 Why so much hate?? Ah, must be confirmation bias. Somewhere long ago somebody told you that it is cool/hip/patriotic to hate Japanese cars, so you've been searching for evidence to support that believe ever since. Well let me ask you a quesiton - if we pretended for a second that Toyota was an American brand made 100% by Americans in America, would you still hate so much? Doubt it. Hate the company, hate the politics...but calling the product crap is just pure blind bias.

  • @cashmab You sound like someone who got a "B" in "intro to psychology", and now your the living incarnate of Sigmund Freud. I haven't been patriotic since I was a child, and didn't known any better. I have never thought that "hip" was cool, or anything that the mainstream considered cool, was cool. If I were that simple minded, we would not be having this conversation. You (like many) ignore my point of governments subsidizing their vehicles, and the global economic consequences of such policy.

  • @anthonyledo like I can trust what you say. Just because a ford reached 1 million miles dosent mean its the most reliable. your entitled to your own opinion, but I have had to take in the american cars we owned to fix electrical problems. our toyotas had no such problem.

  • @CrashJSTest i will send you sources in a personal message. toyota trucks snapping in half is one of their smaller problems, their real problem is their debt.

your wording is truthful but misleading. how many toyota's has it taken you to get to 300k miles. my guess is about 10 without engine rebuilds.

i hope you take the time to read my sources, one of them is a 70 page study.

  • Great vid, it illustrates very well what I have tried telling some of my gullible friends who buy into all the "Toyota quality" myths. I saw a new Toyota Tundra the other day, and the driver's side front wheel broke completely off. I couldn't help but smile as I drove by in my 30 year old Ford truck. Fortunately, they weren't going very fast when it happened, or someone would have gotten hurt or killed. TOYOTA QUALITY IS A LIE!!!!!!

  • @furiousgeorge1271 a couple weeks ago i seen a mid 90's 4runner. the passenger side was sitting on the rear tire. the people were talking on the phone. i can only imagine their leaf springs broke off the frame. i was laughing.

i know there are plenty of rusty toyota out there. sometime i feel like going to a parking lot and knocking holes through their frames by gently tapping it with a hammer.

  • I just sent you a video response. Course you could care less and probably delete it. You say Toyota's frames couldn't hold a spare tire or trailer hitch. If you watch, my 24 yr. old 4Runner's hitch slams against a boulder and doesn't budge. Without even knowing it, I hit the gas and it just scrapes off the rock. I'm sure if you watch it, you'll find something negative about it. I just wanted to show you proof that not all Toyotas have crappy frames.

  • hahahahahaha

  • when he said the frame was cracked he probably meant the shell but he said he couldn't repair it. I took his word for it and sh*tcanned it.

  • YEAH, IT WAS A UNIBODY BUT THE MECHANIC SAID THE FRAME WAS CRACKED,

REGARDLESS IT WAS UNDRIVEABLE AND UNREPAIRABLE AND I HAD TO JUNK IT AT 10 YRS. OF AGE.

  • @badang1962 That doesn't make much sense. A unibody vehicle with a frame? I say you got gipped by a mechanic if he told you that the "frame" is cracked. Did he mean one of the A-arms? or what?

Besides, cars are not human beings, meaning it's fixable. Whether it be steel or aluminum, it can be welded or if it's too screwed up, completely replaced. Sometimes it takes a little fabrication, but still fixable. Like most people, you just didn't want to shell out the money.

  • @KnightWolf84 a unibody car can still have a cracked frame. usually lightweight ribs welded to the car instead of bolted. actually common for cracking to start around engine mounts in japanese cars. you can forget about trying to fix the damage. its not like you can bolt a new frame on, or weld rust. the car will be a pile of dust before you find any solid metal. why should he have to fork out money to do a full restoration on a car 10 years of age? you probably lease a new toyota every 2yrs.

  • @anthonyledo Are you an ASE certified mechanic or know about anything about welding and fabrication? I'm not ASE certified, but know the basics. I know how to weld and know about body work. The ribs you might be talking about are a part of the body. Part of the floor of the car that probably is spot welded to each side of the car, creating the strongest points on the car that mechanics/owners use as lifting points for jacks.

  • @KnightWolf84 if you know anything about welding you would know you cant weld rust, i dont think you have any tickets. frame and body is one, there is no misunderstanding, so quit your babling. if you want to cut a new car to pieces you go right on ahead. buy american and you wouldnt have to.

  • @anthonyledo Another thing. I say again, cars are NOT like human beings. They are fixable/repairable even if it's the floor, frame, pinch/spot welded area, etc. It just all depends wether or not the owner WANTS to shell out the money for the work. It just takes fabrication or even a donor car.

And no you don't HAVE to fork out money for a full restoration. I was simply stating cars are always fixable, even the totaled ones.

  • @anthonyledo I mean, we could just keep going at it for days and no one will get anywhere. Cause like I stated in an earlier post. You, like me, will NEVER get the other guy to change his mind about the other's car company. It's like trying to make a Morman change his/her ways to be one of those asshole Fred Phelps supporters. It ain't going to happen. I admit, Toyota has problems, but GM, Ford, and Chrysler are no better.

  • I agree and disagree with you anthonyledo. Mostly disagree cause I'm a Toyota enthusiast.

The only thing I can agree with you is to buy American made products, however, vehicles is one of those things where no one wins the argument. Simply because everyone has had a different experience. So far, I've had pretty good luck with my two Toyotas. One a '04 Tacoma and the other an '87 4Runner. I could keep rambling on, but you like me, nothing will make you cross over to the other's side.

  • I have two toyotas. I hate them both! I have had so many bad experiences with toyota that I will never buy another one. Toyota is THE most arrogant car company on the planet. I will stick to Ford and GM from now on. I should have kept my GMC and my expedition. Never any problems with either one. Thought I would try toyota since I heard so many good things about them. Nothing but headaches! I drank the Koolaid once but never again. This video does not surprise me at all.

  • @leonardo302 You can keep your unreliable Mexican junk, my Toyota 4Runner has 335k on it nothing done, yet my 08 and 06 Chevy can barely stay on the road. And don't talk about ARROGANT, GM and Chrysler is notorious for ignoring the customer, and failing to issue voluntary recalls when it was definite they needed to be. GM and Chrysler together has hundreds of recalls each year, because they can't get it right the first time. Toyota has one "unidentifiable" recall and no one knows what NEUTRAL is

  • @Zinizzle the way you talk about the big three and north america, you wouldnt own one to begin with. anyways you are actually describing toyota. go read an endless amount of complaints from customers who have developed toyota engine sludge, or frame rust. read how toyota did nothing for them. thankgod for america government and rules forcing toyota to take action.

  • if toyota was proud they would do hundreds of recalls every year just like the big three. fixing running board lights, reprogramming for better fuel consumption, changing green tree air freshners, etc. these arent major problems killing people. these arent even problems people would realize exist. yet the big three care so much they fix them anyways. then there is the toyota way.... we never heard of these problems. show us your oil change reciepts , you abused this vehicle.

  • @Zinizzle typical toyota slappy. neutral doesnt always work with all the faulty toyota electronics replacing what should be a mechanical connection. and why should it be the drivers problem anyways? is it too much to ask from toyota to build a car that wont go kamakazee.

im sure your toyota foreskin has that many miles. now why dont you tell us that toyota's "routine maintenance" includes replacing connecting rods, head gaskets, and partial engine rebuilds as often as you gas up.

  • @anthonyledo What do oyu mean why should the driver do it??? Do you want to live dumb ass?? If that ever happened, You do have NEUTRAL and a STARTER And you don't stop and think about all the recalls GM and Chrysler even Ford has each and every year, for a real problem, not some fake make believe crap. So you can keep buying your made in mexico Government motors, because they're known for faulty wiring, and blown head gaskets, and transmissions that can't make it over 100k. GO GET A LIFE.

  • @Zinizzle as i tried to explain to you, everything in most models is controlled by faulty japanese electronics. you can put the shifter in neutral but the tranny wont respond. starter? i think you must mean ignition. you shut your engine off there goes your brakes and steering. even if neutral did work. the type of people that couldnt find it are the type of people that were dumb enough to buy a toyota in the first place. once again, you are describing toyota's problems.

  • @anthonyledo What??? Japanese electronics ARE NOT faulty. Japan NEVER had any problems. Only when Toyota started migrating to the US, and building them more in the US than ANY of the big 3. IF YOU TURN YOUR IGNITION OFF (YOU WILL HAVE STEERING AND BRAKES) OF course it's not assisted Duhh. .What do you call all of the people buying Chrysler and GMs "Smart"!??? HAHAHAH! After they RUINED Detroit and our economy? built the last 20 years of cheap quality unreliable SHIT? With recall on top of recall

  • @Zinizzle oh... so you have noticed japanese inferior quality then. and you are trying to blame it on America. HAHAHAHA. get the fuck outa here, anti-american pos.

"After they RUINED Detroit and our economy" they are our economy.

and people like you ruined it. instead of supporting our own industries you send our money over seas to support slave labour and human trafficing.

dont you even mention the word quality to me. you still havnt shown me a toyota with a million miles :P

  • @Zinizzle Relax there tiger. I judge by my own experiences. Based on MY experiences toyotas are garbage. I will keep my American cars. Congratulations! Your toyota didn't give you any problems. I wish I could say the same. I had a 4runner once. Seems toyota had to recall them due to faulty head gaskets. Mine needed a new motor.

  • yeah,

my first car was a corolla, too many problems to list at 10 yrs old the frame cracked and I had to junk it. I've bought american ever since without regret. I can ,however; thank toyota for one thing they taught me auto repair at 18

  • @badang1962 Corolla with a frame? Must be modified with a truck frame cause Corollas from the factory have unibodies.

  • My new free truck sure is shiny!

  • @ anthonyledo

No I didn't add an extra zero. They gave me 150% of Canadian black book value of the truck for my province ( Vancouver BC). Which was $21080.50. I can email you a copy of the receipt. Just tell me where to send it. It was like winning the lottery. If you think about it they paid me $8000 to drive my truck 90,000 miles, and when I took it to the dealership for the buyback, the front bumper was cracked and the grille was broken! So yeah, I couldn't be happier! Thanks Toyota. My new

  • @ anthonyledo No I didn't add an extra zero. My n

  • toyotas are ummm well how shall i put this hmmm the quality and reliability of the yugo. shot id rather drive the yugo or a le car then ever drive a yota. They are a truly a awesome embarassment to the automotive community. congrats there japan

  • @gypman921 Well said!

  • Cheap stupid asians, It's really upsetting how they treat workers like slaves. Very bad for the economy when you got workers with low wages and thus low purchasing power. I'm glad America did something about it. But, to be honest some new japanese cars are still better than most American cars because it's more functional and innovative. I just hope Ford and GM can keep up and they should really hire some new talents. They already fucked up my most beloved 4x4 the Hummer H1.

  • the recall affected vehicles in certain states.....what does salt and water do to metal? why do they use salt on the road? your video only proves that some people cant take care of cars......hence the fact that for and gm advertising their powertrain warranty extended warranty etc etc..........and if you are soo right, how come no ones claimed the 1 million dollars at edmunds yet?? You look like you have soo much proof soo go for it!!!

  • @BDATNYNY

no matter how much salt there is on the road. it does not justify a vehicle rusting in half with in three years of age. it takes japanese engineering to accomplish that goal. american vehicles will last and have lasted over 40 years of service in those same conditions. no one has claimed award because toyota is doing a good job of covering it up, and burrying the evidence. they were proven guilty. proof is that people are still dying! only we dont know why.

  • @anthonyledo Really? 40 years. Very very few people keep their vehicles for 30 years. So what is my point? Means during those 40 years of SERVICE the vehicle has had work done on it. Could mean anything from engine overhauls, axle rebuilds, transmission work, body work, yes even frame work...that is IF the owner or owners took care of it. Most 40 yr. old vehicles, that I've seen, would require some restoration. From what you've said in this particular reply to BDATNYNY, you've proven nothing.

  • @KnightWolf84 it would take over hundred years submerged in salt water for an american car to literally rust in half. it only takes a toyota 5. you read the thousands of complaints and stories. toyota's are so bad you cant even bolt a trailer hitch to one. the frames cant even support their own spare tires. so you keep knocking holes through your toyota looking for a piece of metal you can weld. you will be their a life time. you never mind the lousy 40 years ive mentioned.

  • @BDATNYNY Exactly, When you don't wash your car and leave salt on metal what do you think it is going to do? GM and Chrysler together has hundreds of recalls each year, because they can't get the damn thing right to begin with. No company is perfect, But Toyota did take responsibility and did what was necessary. When a vehicle isn't undercoated what the hell do you think is going to happen? regardless of brand, could of happened to a GM But instead there head gaskets go at 80k and trannys at 90k

  • Just dropped off my 2000 Tacoma (rusty frame) to Toyota. Paid 12000 for it 5 years ago. Put 140000 kms on it. Only had to buy 2 sets of brake pads, regular oil changes, and one set of plugs. Still ran perfect. They cut me a cheque for $21080.50! What other car company steps up like that?!

  • @604toy340 lets do an assesment of your comment. 95-99 get 150% kbb value. yours is newer, you only get 100% book value. or may qualify for frame replacement. your trucks value with extracab 4wd 6cyl excellent condition is just under $4000 trade in value. even if they gave you 10k for it and if you were entitled to 150% it still wouldnt amount to 20k. your value makes sense if you added an extra "0". so you have a $10k loss to get you 90,000 miles. and your happy?

  • @anthonyledo Yeah, when the Fiat influence takes over Chrysler, they'll probably be selling more than Honda and Nissan put together. These japanese automakers got their heads in the sky. They need to wake up. Ford, GM, Chrysler and Hyundai are going to dominate what used to be "Japanese Game".

  • The truth must be told. Good job. I think it'll take some time and more job loss before Americans wake up.

  • I think you're the one who is arrogant and ignorant on top of it. You're a fucking idiot if you don't think this problem is real. Toyota even admitted to it, and they've been receiving complaints for 10 years. They just don't know how to fix it because they're fucking morons! The cars that have been fixed for the recall are still reporting sudden accel problems. You're dumb as a box of fucking rocks!

  • @trinoma88 You saw American cars with worse problems then this? Don't be pissed off because you still drive one of these peices of shit!

  • toyota stock are up. hahaha

to all garbage lovers like rawdog. try harder. hahaha

  • Great fucking video but some idiots like trinoma88 will never get it. Hes a fucking idiot and let him keep driving a shit kicker Toyota hes in the minority, thats for sure. Most of the loud mouth people who stick up for Toyo either work for them or are just pissed off that their lease doesn't run out for another year and a half, and they don't want to feel stupid so they act like they're still supporting their shit company! FUCK TOYOTA! Again great video!

  • cry baby cry doggy. hahaha

very good esiting video. i am sure this is ford video. hahaha

  • pissed off with me junk lover Rawdoggy? hahaha

TOYOTA IS NUMBER ONE IN AMERICA AND THE WORLD. COZ SMART PEOPLE BUY THEM.

ONLY STUPID LIKe rawdog Buys garbage, he can't afford to buy good japanese cars. ahihihi

  • @trinoma88 who just recalled another 1.5 mirrion (million) cars?

  • @kemorc GM.lol

  • @trinoma88 Toyota.

  • @kemorc whaT?

  • @kemorc YEAH I KNOW gm AND FORD ARE BANKRUPT ALREADY

  • @clunkerboy1 neither are. GM Exited bankruptcy over a year ago and Ford never declared bankruptcy.

  • @kemorc ford got more taxpayers money than GM.

  • @clunkerboy1

ford was offered bailout money, and they declined. and so fucking what if our government helped out gm, and chrylser. the japanese manufactures have been government subsidized by japan since their birth. toyotas debt is bigger than there company value, and nissan is due for a second name change. support our own economy clown.

  • @anthonyledo Ford had DOE loans to make a hybrid to compete with Toyota. Government Motor's or Chrysler LLC didn't know the first thing at managing a company. When you make a cheap Mexican made product, or in which most of the parts are made cheaply in Mexico, to pay for US union wages for assembly how is that helping our economy? all you're left with is an unreliable, cheap product. Toyota can make them 90% in the US parts and assembly and only have an "unidentifiable" recall. Smells like GM.

  • @Zinizzle any one of the big three each employ 3 times the amount of american as opposed to toyota, yet each of the big three sell less cars in the US. so you just explain to me how it is possible a toyota is more american when there is a much higher percentage of americans building american vehicles for the big three? do not start talking about indirect jobs ie. parts suppliers, as the big three are way more connected.

  • @anthonyledo Toyota supports more part suppliers in the US then GM or Chrysler does, THEY USE MEXICAN PARTS, for damn near everything. Don't start talking about assembly at Toyota plants, they just assemble the vehicle, you're forgetting where most of the parts come from. From the dash board to the transmission, that was damn near all made by AMERICAN HANDS. Which is thousands of jobs. They are outside of Toyota yes, but Toyota supports them not Mexico like the big 3. on top of 70k US EMPLOYEES.

  • @Zinizzle a loan is a loan. the japanese companies have been subsidized by the japanese government since their birth. a well known fact that it was the only way they were able to compete against the big three flying on their own paying decent wages and pensions. so what if ford got a loan from our government on the development of their hybrid. and so what that gm and chrysler were bailed out. if the japs could help their companies for decades. for a first in history we can help our own.

  • @anthonyledo THE JAPANESE BUILT A DAMN GOOD PRODUCT, why should I give my hard earned tax dollars to a company that laid off THOUSANDS of AMERICANS, sent the jobs to MEXICO, built a cheap piece of unreliable junk for the past twenty years, hiding irrefutable issues, ignoring the customer, files bankruptcy and has the NERVE TO ASK FOR MY TAX DOLLARS!? Do you know how many starving children that would have fed. Toyota has hundred of thousands of Japanese jobs, their government had every right.

  • @Zinizzle well you should feel better about yourself buying a toyota then ...look at all the american money you sent overt there each and every time you buy a jap car and it will feed alot of jap kids..not americans ..if you dont like the big 3 laying off ppl..then BUY AMERICAN ..you buy a jap car..that is one of the very big reasons why the big 3 layed off ...its ppl like you who buy non american vehicles and at the same time slash the throats of the big 3 .then bitch about the economy

  • @390merc65 When you buy a new GM or Chrysler product, we're supporting the MEXICAN economy WAKE UP. We should have taken the billions in BAILOUT money that GM and Chrysler received and fed some of the starving children in the US. But no GM is still shipping jobs to China and Mexico, and use cheaper and cheaper parts so all you get is an unreliable piece of junk. Why give GM more money when all they're going to do with it is send it back overseas? I'm glad you can afford to fix them every week.

  • @Zinizzle i see your point but what alot of ppl dont understand but love to thro up in ppl's faces is ..the big have had plants in mexico for years and years..i know ford has anyway .most ppl [only] hear parts from mexico and automatically blow that out of proportion and assume every single part is made in mexico , when it is not...and do you know why they use some parts from there?..it is because they must pay higher wage's ..so if they can cut corners they do ..i dont like it either .[cont]

  • @Zinizzle ford has had a plant in mexico for years...and a car market only for mexico long before this made in mexico shit started .it had nothing to do with anything sold in the states.it all stayed there ..did you ever hear the name lobo?.or see a bunch or lobo's around.i know i never had , but all it is , is the ford f 150 under a different name ...and it never came to the U.S to be sold ,,chrysler did the same but i cant remember the name of the trailduster they used down there

  • @Zinizzle its true some profit gos to pay mexicans ..but alot of it still comes here where they are founded ..put yourself in GM's or mopars place..you have to pay alot more money to a union worker to make a wire harness or what ever , but seeing they already have plants around the world that can make the same part for cheaper labor what do you expect?..and buying a toyota is not helping in that situation one bit..i am sure if they got alot more business they will hire more americans

  • @Zinizzle so the big 3 have to deal with the unions ,,and pay more money to workers when business isnt that good for them to begin with ,,what do you do ?..is it really fair the big 3 are at such a huge disadvantage on their own soil with competition comming from japan ??..i am by no means sticking up for the mexican work force and i dont like it either , but at a time like this..what can they really do to play on a even playing field ???..corners must be cut somewere to stay afloat

  • @Zinizzle nobody cry's when they willingly go out to buy an import ,,and not all camrys are built in the states , but if someone knows a mexican part is on there car a flag go's up and they bitch about it ..then all you hear is i am not buying anything from mexico , but i will put down cold cash for a japanese car that is 100% built in japan ..

look at kmart years ago ,they alomost went bankrupt .and i think in 1 year they bought sears ,same thing can happen to the big 3 and hire tons of ppl

  • @Zinizzle and do not for one second think toyota wasnt subsidized for the creation of their piece of shit hybrid prius. guess what? they were. i also dont want you believing the prius is innovative. hybrids are garbage, especially the prius. you want to help the environment? drive a diesel. you want to pretend to help the environment, and lose money on a disposable car? then the prius is for you.

  • @kemorc dont cry GM and ford took our money to china. BUY AMERICAN ! LMAO

  • @clunkerboy1 which really means a lot coming from the guy with a probe on his background.

  • According to JD Power, General Motors had 4 cars in the top 11, Chrysler Sebring ranked #4, Ford had 2 in the top 10 while the Camry, Toyota's ONLY listed car, ranked 6th out of 18 cars. Pontiac G6, Chevy Malibu, Chrysler Sebring and Ford Fusion ALL ranked HIGHER than Toyotas ONLY listed car. I'd say the Domestic auto industry is LEADING the way in QUALITY! GM has the MOST fuel efficient line up, too. Toyota became the #1 automaker based on deception and quality cover ups! That makes them worse.

  • Mr.Jesusweeps, JD Powers and Consumer Reports ranked 6 Domestics cars in the top 10 (#2 Pontiac G6 and #3 Chevy Malibu).

  • The pontiac G6 and Chevy Malibu are both based on the same Epsilon platform. Thusly, are the same car. Both of which are produced by Fiat.

  • Fiat owns Chrysler NOT General Motors, retard. Either way, which ever platform they were built on doesn't disqualify the fact that of ALL the cars produced by ALL the car makers in the WOLRD, the Pontiac G6 and Chevy Malibu ranked #2 and #3 (respectively).

  • EXCELLENT job!!!!

  • i always hated toyota...buy a european car...

  • Fuck Asian cars!

    Buy American!

    American Pride!

    White Power!

  • great video bro, i didn't know some of this stuff thanks for posting

  • that was OK. music was good. only took 01:12 for it to start, but, hey...at least we got some nice mustang pix in the meantime. & you're right about toyotas not being the best looking cars. i have never ownd one, but if ppl want to buy one, let them. that's free mkt. And US gov didn't "give " toyota any money; they offered tax breaks to open a factory in states where people needed work. you really them, for some reason....

  • US government gave toyota free property to build their plants, and they did give them money to get started. henry ford taught them how run an assemble line, and GM also helped them get established on our soil. see what we did for them? we are nice people. in return japan does not allow american companies to even purchase land in japan. and make it too expensive for japanese people to purchase our cars. free trade is only one way. toyota is not an honest company. thats why i dont like them.

  • And that dickhead Senator Shelby fought tooth and nail against helping the Domestics, yet gave US tax dollars to Foreign car companies to build plants in Alabama. Hypocrisy, yep!

  • good vid! more people need to know the true face of Toyota and stop drinking the Kool Aid.

  • Damn man thats a good info vid. I love how you threw in all the shit toyota has had problems with in the past. NIce nice

  • i like your song choice. lmao
