I just adopted an 8 yr. old doxie from a shelter that took her out of a neglect situation. I was worried how my 80lb. 1 yr. old bernese mountain dog (August) and 2 yr. old doxie(petunia) would get along. Well the morn after I brought home lil mocha all of us were asleep on the couch together.

Yeah, they really love each other. Unfortunately when we moved a few months back we had to send our Petey to a farm. We really miss him.

That is the cutest name for a dachshund my doxies name is Guinness, can i have Porky? Thats sad about the cat.

Porky Pie got his name because he was the fattest in his litter when we brought him home. No way! Porky's my baby. :)
