Here in CT, we have a Five Guys and In-N-Out is nonexistent here so Five Guys has no competition when it comes to good, legit burgers. I went to Five Guys for the first time last Tuesday and ordered their cheeseburger + fries + drink, the price pretty much was the same as yours. Their fries tasted pretty seasoned and what they did was fill up the cup AND give my friend and I a scoop in the bag so we got a ton of fries for $2.69. A very good place to get a burger imo.

Did you get the normmal fries or the cajun fries because in canada where I go there are the cajun style fries and then the normal style of fries, so I bellieve this changes the score to a 4? :D
They should redo this and put salt and pepper on the fries because five guys deserves more than a 3.5 and if you ever go to new york try shake shack its really good

They also give you the cup of fries then dump another cup's worth in the bag so a regular fry feeds two or three people. They'll also do a great grilled cheese with all the toppings for free. Try one in Ohio!

Five Guys have a BIG presence in the Eastern US, especially around Washington DC. Had them last year in FL -- outrageous stuff, a bit pricey, but definitely the closest rival to In N Out

IN-N-OUTS Fries are better, but 5 Guys burgers are amazing. You can taste the grill on the burger, the patties are huge (much bigger than IN-N-OUT) I don't like how they don't give you trays, but I love both places.
do they supply salt and pepper on the table? in england KFC dont salt their fries but they do give you little packets of salt so you can do it yourself to your personal liking, which i think is better.
Yeah just some advice next time season your fries yourself and I guarantee you that they will be some of best fries you have ever had. So I think there should be a redo for this hahaha

Dude, Five Guys is the GREATEST burger on the face of the universe. Does that claim make any sense? No. But that's only because that's how good their burgers are.

@crappyasiana Dude the fries are AMAZING. They're fresh cut, daily, and fried in Peanut Oil (IMHO the only real way to cook fries). Sprinkle a little vinegar...OMG. Oh, and the Cajun fries are awesome as well.
