The first part of the dance shows one end of the dance line, so it's a good demo of what to do, generally, at the end of the line, which is to face the dancers and wait one time through the tune, with the lady on the gent's right and the gent on the lady's left.

The girl at the beginning of this clip with the blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses... she is one heck of a good lookin' young lady. Quite a dancer too.
