true, 80% of americans arent aware of gingivitis. fact, mouthwash kills all the bacteria. mouthwash only kills the bacteria on the outer most part of the teeth while the inside where old bacterias that werent removed while brushing remains. when a bacteria is 2-3 days old they're old enough to create acid which causes cavity. lol im doing my research paper on this. You have beautiful teeth. great review aswell. :)

@QuillenCrenshaw123 the gum protection doesn't have any whitening agents, it mainly meant for protecting your gums and getting rid of bacteria and such. if you're looking for whitening, ide stick with the vivid white, i heard great reviews with beauty insiders regarding that toothpaste and whitening:.)

I agree with you on the Crest 3D Whitening products. I only used the Crest 3D Whitening toothpaste. I bought it Saturday, Used it on Sunday, returned it Saturday.

1. My teeth hadn't changed a single tint the first week so I already had a feeling that it wouldn't work.

2. When you buy all the products it could get expensive; when I bought all the products I spent at least 10 - 15 $ on that alone, discard all my other groceries I had.

I love your videos, you've got a lot of energy. I am currently brushing with the Crest 3D vivid white, and rinsing with the Crest rinse that you showed in this video. I completley agree with you. The rinse leaves a very bad aftertaste that lingers. I think it's the Hydrogen Peroxide in it. This is the same active ingredient as in the crest white strips.  I just started using this stuff and not sure if they work yet. is your roommate sastisfied with the rinse?

there is one very common problem with the crest 3d whitning mouthwash... IT CAUSES LOSS OF TASTE!!!! I have used it for two days and it does whiten teeth Really well but it's horrible not being able to taste anything... it doesn't happen to everyone, but it is a very common problem, Google it and find out for yourself... i recomend to stay away from it... taste usually comes back after a day of not using it

@naskoj36 im wishy-washy about the 3d white mouthwash. i tried it only once, and i just didn't like the aftertaste of it AT ALL. so i no longer use it. BUT, my roommate has been using it for months and he's completely fine with it. it works very well with him and he's already used to the aftertaste. he has no complains at all about it. in the end, i think it all depends on the individual and if you want to handle the aftertaste of it or not. every product comes with its pros and cons;.P
