Speaking of Bret Hart "passing the torch" to Michaels, was that really such a great move by Vince McMahon? Michaels only held the favored position as top dog in the WWF until Wrestlemania XIV four months later, when he dropped the WWF Championship to Steve Austin and "retired" due to a back injury.
