@azuahaha You definitely need to be at a higher level than 6-7. I just tried this at level 10 and it was a struggle. Once you get past level 11 you'll be able to pull this off.

Yes, you can. I just used this method at level 10, so with level 11 you should be just fine, you dont eben need the Scout's granade-launcher.

I'm not sure about how many battles after that damn battle but... If you want tips, gamefaqs is your best bet, and use the skirmishes to level up your characters not for the orders but for the unknowable base stats.

does the amount of characters you choose to deploy affect the experience you earn? Like does it make a difference between having 2 or 9 characters? as long as it's the same amount of turns ( phase )

the number of characters used makes no diff, altho if you have leader characters like largo or rosie, you will receive extra command points. the only way to get extra exp is by taking out enemy tanks and leader units.

Since I saw some comments regarding this.... You do not need those abilities or elite status to do this. I started at level 8, its tight but doable. Every turn you are just running, make sure that you use Ragnaid. Do the Defense Boost to start. When ur in the tank field. Go to the right of the far left tank. This will provide you some cover and shorten the route you need to run considerably. After a few times I leveled only scouts up to 11-14ish. I can now do this in 4 commands points.

Experience is actually a form of currency in the game. The game technically has 2 currencies: cash and experience. You use experience to TRAIN the different unit classes as a whole and you also use experience to BUY Orders. Training occurs over at the barracks and orders can be bought by going to the cemetery/war memorial. Cash is used to upgrade weapons/equipment as well as getting the reporter to snoop on the various members of your squad.
