Mr.Osman is one of the most effective,promising & a very energetic minister I have seen so far in my country.Although this interview doesn't talk much about the targets being asked but I truly believe that the commitments made by the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in order to build up a Digital Bangladesh will surely be carried out.WSIS could just act as part of DIGITAL BANGLADESH dream but we all need to help government too to accomplish all the obstacles & Mr.Osman will have to play a major role
