1) Voir Dire - 1850 - jury questioning instated to rig juries in favor of those who agreed with the fugitive slave act.

3) "Sparf and Hansen v the USA" (1895) allowed judges to instruct the jury, and fail to inform them of their rights

The concept they are referring to is technically called "Jury Nullification of Law" meaning: the jury has a right to veto the law, even though the judge is likely to tell them that they "are to apply the law as he gives it to them". Well, you can do that, if you are a conformist sheep, but think about it: you wouldn't even be there if the judge had more power than the jury. it is a sample, this version is for music has the right..., and the "listening to boards of canada" is imposed by the ban. In the boc maxima version, you can hear her say, "...viewing an adult film". Its a sample used from a PSA at the end of a porn film haha. Btw rodox video, a boc track, was also the name of a porn company from back in the day. Pretty interesting stuff, great sample, powerful track.

Advice is not the same as censorship. Saying "I think it is best to avoid that" gives me a right to acknowledge, and act on or ignore such advice. Saying "Do not do this or it will constitute a criminal offence" will be censorship. Everyone has the right to suggest something, everyone has the right to act on or ignore. I would however posit that suggestion is not the same as pressuring, or brainwashing or deliberately misinforming/slandering.
