Secondly, christians are corrosive in society in other ways, for example the anti-gay laws that are being passed in uganda are in no small way due to the christian evangelicals from america preaching there. And many in the southern states of the US feel like outsiders for their rational lack of belief in god. Many times they are even cut out of their families lives completely. Violence does not = the only negative.
