This outperforms a micro-t in many ways. First its not an uncontrollable takeoff(wheelie). It is very stable in mid air. It doesn't flip over near as much due to having more weight lower in the chassis. It was way easier to fit brushless into this than a normal micro-t. The electronics are much cooler due to open body. It wasn't a perfectly good micro-t. The body was cracked? So why not make it stronger by adding a ALUMINUM chassis. Its way stiffer than plastic making it more responsive. Bye...

luiquidrc(dot)com i get allot of stuff for my cars there. its pretty cheap and it ships worldwide for 99 cents, no matter what the weight is. they have many parts for all sorts of cars. including the micro -t -dt -baja - raminator. and yes, you can just use the stock servo ; )

Ebay is really good, thats where you should get your stuff. Has some good lipos. You really dont need brushless. Its not worth it. Just get lipo and the bb motor. If I were you iI would get some bigger tires and oil suspension. Besides its perfect. Maybe some bearings too......

thanks some guy is talking to me and he said if u dont hae good bearing control it could fry a bb motor well im gonna get a good lipo and a bb2 motor but eventully when i get more advanced with this shit im gonna get a brushless sine they are maintnense free sweet looking car exotic...to u know any aluminum parts that only fit in micro-t/baja and wouldnt fit on desert truck becasue im thinking about getting desert truck

The only difference between the desert truck and the micro-t/b is the chassis, wheels and body. Other wise they all have the same parts. The desert truck is the best cuz it doesnt wheely uncontrollably.

put some paddle tires on that bad boy and take it to the sand dunes mine is so sick out there but i have a dt with paddles all u have to do to make em is glue wind shield wipers on them easy as that

That's a goood idea. I live in Florida so we have beaches which are good enough. I would have to enclose the electronics a little though cuz there exspenive and I wouldn't want to get full of sand. I'll try that as soon as I get the .5b fixed.(The bl motor broke)

Yes, a micro reciever and a servor. Get the Jr sm22 micro servo too. Oh, and a new radio too.

I bought the micro-t for 50$ on ebay, the controller that was worth $300 at a garage sale with a xx-t was $5(Such a good deal)lol, the custom chasiss $O, the brushless combo and the servo were traded for. SO it only cost about $45 and hours and hours of work.
