Whats generally the preferred milk to use? Whole, 1%, 2%, skim?

@Leechmouth I find it is a a personal preference, I use actual cream myself, But I am also fortunate to live near a very nice organic dairy.

Use the teaspoon to measure the height of the milk in the cup. Putting all the milk in last will sterilize at least some of the milk if the tea is very hot and changes the flavour. I try to get the right amount in first and err to the light side.

I was born in central london and since a year after that I've been living in America, but everytime i'm in britain to see relatives I feel like i'm...home, where I really belong. This summer I'll be buying some awesome tea at the fortnum and mason store and I can't wait. I'm gonna choose teas I'm gonna buy, but I'm sure i'll change my mind A LOT whenever I see the selection.
