It appears that a very small update to the blackmesa mod website has appeared, nothing major but the background inage has changed and at the bottom just next to the copyright '© 2004-2011 Black Mesa Modification Team' it says 'SILENCE IS THE NEW BLACK' unless I'm mistaken that wasn't there before, correct me if I'm wrong :)

@JTProud Mhm. They should really just have used ragdoll physics when the explosion is near. When it's within 2 meters distance, then a little gib action could be used. But not as much as this... I mean, look at the vortigaunts. EVERYONE exploded into bits except for that vortigaunt to the right. He just stood there still alive.

I'd hate if like shooting dead bodies with a pistol blew them up, that always annoyed me in old gib games. Make it so only explosives can do that, and no matter how much you shotgun a dead headcrab it stays a ragdoll.

So by default, only explosions gib.
