beautiful car,high milage never puts me off as long as its had regular belts/oil/filters then its good to go,alot of the time your actually better off in terms of reliability to buy a higher milage car as a car at (say) 50,000 will start to need the odd cat/clutch or whatever whereas you can bet with a higher milage car that most of the above has been changed,ex taxi,s are some times a good buy as most are very well maintained,a cheap car that will serve you well.
i got a a6 1997 quattro i got it real cheap, 900 because he think the engine was broken and the only problem was the gas pump, im looking for the owners manual and i cant find it, if u know where to look apreciate the help.thanks, audi is one of the best cars i ever had.

My '96 A6 (C4) has 212k miles and the interior is fantastic and these cars don't rust. I bought a newer C5 and the interior is nearly junky in comparison. Keep her running for a long time. Oh, and your coolant is low. ;)
The older Audis were better because of less complex electronic systems. Mechanically they're bullet proof but electrics can be a bit iffy on all Audis. Also the good thing about high miler is that if any problems occured with the car chances those problems have been fixed by the previous owner.
Wow i never really appreciated Audi's, because i thought they were cars thats weren't as comaprable to the japanese motors, but man u just changed my perspective......by the way how much did u get it for??
@abyaf94 What I payed for it was $2,200 it books at $5,000. Yeah Audi's are amazing cars, great acceleration, smooth handling, power everything, sharp looking, all wheel drive, plus they last well over 350,000 miles if you take care of them. For German cars Audi and BMW are the top of the line.
