did you try changing the spark plugs?

u may want to open it up to check if water is in it but dont open if u never did it before

the radio max volume is 39

in order to listen to the music i have to crank it to 39 the max of the volume

usually at 10-15 it sounds loud and clear

but it also stays mute and the music dont play any more
