  • Dear brother: What hurts you it hurts me! I'm with you everyday.

    Much love,

  • @Sefardisafran

Too much cholesterol, so I've reduced that, and the stenosis is better. Each attack is my teacher.

  • @Alexknobsob How long does an attack usually last for you? How long does it seem to take to heal from the attack? And what do you do to avoid future attacks?

  • @guitarobsessed85 At the last attack, it lasted about 3 weeks, then it's like trying to crawl out of the potato-pit using your eyelids instead of your arms and legs, and this is an ever-lengthening process. of fits and starts.

I now eat only aqua-vegan, as recommended by Professor George Jellineck all milk products, cheese and eggs, biscuits and meat are banned. I take vitamin D supplements in the winter. Since then I have had no further attacks.

  • I was going to try to persuade you to make some music, but I guess now's not the time! Sorry mate, it looks / sounds bad. Are you in pain?

    Thanks for posting this, T

  • No, thanks no pain due to good acupuncture. Will speak better soon?

  • I'm always thankful I can still breath, but Who is thankful to What, it is a unified experience whatever.

  • Sounds to me like you've been reading modern French philosophy ;-)

Glad yr not in pain. I've never tried acupuncture, but would like to give it a go.

Since yr still breathing - at the bare minimum, you can still show your gratitude in song using a kazoo, right?

  • thank you for sharing

  • Thanks for sharing the share.

  • I wish you the best.

  • I have never had anything but support from you, so it's always exciting with a good family, and you are an honorary family member.

  • I love you.

  • There is love about, and we always know it.

  • Being able to do this while in a new relapse is amazing in itself. Thank you for posting it to the channel and I hope that this eases up soon.

    Andrea

  • It is very intense at the beginning, now it is normal, like a difficult old friend.

  • hang in there. you have made it this far, you can get through this.

  • Cliff-hanging is our speciality.

  • Mountain climbing with MS? Nice comic analogy. Myself, I tend to picture the Sword of Damocles, loitering with intent above my CNS.

I guess you're in hozzie now. I hope a recovery doesn't take too long. When pos, let us know how you're doing Alex, ok?

  • Not a bit of it, waste of time, I shall try to find the photos of me climbing during an attack in New South Wales. Cortisone does not prevent the damage of an attack, merely gives something for consultants to look important about.
