no, no, no im sory but i cant agree with you. jaguar and the 5200? the jaguar was not actually 64 bit it actually had a 32 bit proccessor and some other unknown bit proccessors thrown in there and the atari 5200`s controllers were notorious for malfunctions due to faulty joysticks and a weird button setup

@XONation gc was a great system, had great games. The controller looked clunky but once you actually used it for a while you'd swear by it. I thought a console was about the games not about its looks or ability to play movies. And it had a lot of good games, unlike the original xbox. Ps2 was possibly the greatest system ever, so of course comparing it to anything will make things look bad, but by no means was the gc bad.

@fwesh1 That's a fair point, and you are right about looks for a console, it is not all about them, however, it does not look as great as PS2 or Xbox, and from a selling point of view, that is important, considering Nintendo released Gamecube much later than it's rivals, going back to Xbox though, it did still have alot of games, not as many I admit, but they were great. The original Halo was great, Splinter Cell, Dead or Alive, Amped Snowboarding, these are just a few which made it so great.

And I know the xbox had some good games, but its just that that generation was particularly incredible so there are high standards. Overall, compared to some of the other consoles in history, I think these 3 were 3 of the best.
